Small property yet good dining options in the hotel and around the hotel. Very central. Staff were good, helpful and polite.

We stayed one night at this hotel. A J Grand has pub on 7th floor and we stayed at 5th floor. We called multiple times that we couldn’t sleep due to the pub loud music. The front-desk representative told me that it will be there till 12:30 am midnight. We were surprised of the response of the hotel that they couldn’t do anything. The music was very loud and with intensive vibration. Our sleep was disrupted due to the hotel facilities of Pub which were out of their control. We stayed at Executive room with higher hotel charges per night. Breakfast & staff services were excellent.

Embarking on our South India tour from the UK, ***galore unexpectedly became a stopover, chosen for its proximity to the airport. Opting for the AJ Grand Hotel based on stellar reviews turned out to be a serendipitous decision. Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel provided convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and modern malls, all within a leisurely 30-minute walk. The reception staff's courtesy set a welcoming tone, ensuring a seamless check-in process. Our suite, impeccably clean with enhanced facilities, greeted us with an unexpected perk—an empty refrigerator, a thoughtful touch for personalising our stay with beverages and snacks. The hotel's two highly acclaimed restaurants surpassed expectations, offering a diverse array of delectable choices during main meal times. This meant that we rarely felt the need to explore dining options outside. Kudos to the entire restaurant staff, with a special mention for Ganesh, whose culinary insights enriched our menu selections, and Suresh, whose attentive service at breakfast was welcome. While the gym and swimming pool were compact, they proved functional and, more often than not, were a private sanctuary for our use. The potential future de***d for these facilities notwithstanding, our experience was one of undisturbed enjoyment. The reception staff, although not all adorned with name badges, stood out for their exceptional assistance. Their guidance in locating our boarding passes and travel documents for our onward journey was invaluable. We were particularly grateful for their considerate offer to extend our checkout time, seamlessly aligning with our travel arrangements—small gestures that made a significant difference. Having little prior knowledge of ***galore, we were pleasantly surprised by the city and its welcoming residents. Exploring the beach and other recommended sites, discovered through various YouTube videos, unveiled ***galore's potential as a future tourist attraction, perhaps even rivalling Goa in the future. However, we hope that the city ***ages to preserve its charm without succumbing to the challenges often associated with increased tourism. Very pleased with my stay at AJGrand. Located centrally in the city of ***galuru and a short distance from attractions, and within easy reach of transportation options just outside the hotel. Well-***aged and clean 4-star hotel. Staff and ***agers are friendly, focussed, hard-working and professional. Onsite veg, non-veg restaurants and two lounges serve tasty food and drinks. Breakfast is wholesome with made-to-order dosa and omlette stations, traditional and continental offerings. Rooms are stylishly furnished, showers are hot, and guest rooms at the back of the property are quiet and insulated from traffic noise from the main road. Room service offers good choices and housekeeping is very responsive. Hotel can arrange taxi’s for hassle-free airport and local transportation.

My mother and I gone for a visit to ***galore for the first time and the team at AJ Grand made our stay very pleasant, happy and comfortable with lot of good memories to take back from the trip. We visited some beautiful temples with the help of taxi booked through AJ Grand and enjoyed amazing vegetarian food in the Hotel

Our stay at the hotel was indeed a value for money experience. The entire hotel was neat and clean with a very courteous staff. Food was very delicious....with a special mention of the breakfast buffet spread 👍

Stayed here for a night when I was transiting ***galore to catch a flight. The room is of decent size, clean and comfortable. Toilets are nice. Didn't have breakfast as I had to leave early for the airport. The hotel staff is generally very nice.
