It was an excellent stay with early check in and the location at kankanadi was also good to reach all the statutory authorities.

Location was good
food not available at the hotel but in the surroundings are some good eateries
only a few bewerage is available like water and soft drinks
the room was horrible, the walls have bog holes

Bad room with lots of mosquitos, no blanket
bathroom is not cleaned. Main door is not working properly, tv is there but not working pols take out from the room then you pols mention we have no tv concept

Very poor service, bus timings was 7. 00 to reach mumbai but it reached 10. 30, this my second time experience worst service,

It's near to temples of mangalore and good to go all the beaches from here, rooms are good for families

The property looks pretty old. It's close to the city, the room is not that clean, ac water is leaking. No food available. But it's good within this price range

The room was very hot and untidy. The ambience was not up to mark. The manager and room boy were helpful.

1. For sr. Citizens like us this hotel was not comfortable. 2. It was on 3rd. Floor. (lift was old & required more strength to open & close the doors) 3. No room service for basic items like water, tea, break fast. 4. Hotel was not so clean. 5. In such type of hotel, rates should be half then what we have paid. 6. Locality, area & surrounding was also not good.
