Fab new hotel and as you’d expect from a new hotel, rooms and decor were tip top, classy and shiny. Whats not a given with a new hotel is service. To whole experience from check-in, bar, restaurant, breakfast and check out was a pleasure. Smiling, friendly staff who genuinely wanted to ensure the stay was the best it could be. Special shout to Siobhan (night manager) who patiently and attentively looked after us when we got in very late. Nothing was too much trouble. Stayed in lots of hotels in Manchester and further afield as I work away a lot, think this is the best way be experience. Congrats Malmaison Deansgate team.
