Had a great comfortable stay but small issue that not all of the lights would turn off without physically taking the card out

Paolo was lovely. We were running late but he was able to accommodate us. The service was fantastic and the food was also perfect! The half price steak offer was so reasonable.

Food amazing..... palo was amazing he deserves a pay rise so does the chef the staff and the Beyonce definitely come back again for more good food and drinks and chills love the people and the dance and drinks and wine and I like cake and chills yay

I actually came to 30th of April Malmaison (Deansgate) for breakfast.At the time I have no idea about this breakfast because I came with my business client but the Hotel gave us good welcome. Me and my client ordered English Breakfast It was me and my Client best breakfast we ever had.the foods are delicious and thank you Malmaison restaurant staff and Kitchen staff

Stayed in a suite overlooking the town hall/ Albert square. Absolutely awful view as it’s under construction but I imagine it will be nice when complete. Champagne on ice in the room on arrival and some Chocs. Spacious room, good amount of storage. Quite a few suites I’ve stayed in have had complimentary mini bar in the room, that would have been nice for the price of the room. Staff were all lovely Breakfast was an extra. Self service tea, coffee, juices and continental section. Cooked food made to order. Food was lovely.

What a lovely place. We took our dog and they had a dog bed, bowls and a treat bag.
Super friendly staff and beautiful rooms with very comfortable beds.
First time in Manchester but will definitely come back to stay in the hotel again.
Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel! Love the rooms and the design aspects in general. Lots of attention to details. Paolo at the restaurant went above and beyond. Top-notch service

Our greeting by the staff member was over and above my level of expectation - he was truly lovely and chatty and arranged for our bags to be dropped tot he room whilst we went and parked.
The room was gorgeous.
The only slight unpleasantness was a half eaten pack of chocolates left in the fridge (by other guests) and some bottled water would have been nice

Fab new hotel and as you’d expect from a new hotel, rooms and decor were tip top, classy and shiny. Whats not a given with a new hotel is service. To whole experience from check-in, bar, restaurant, breakfast and check out was a pleasure. Smiling, friendly staff who genuinely wanted to ensure the stay was the best it could be. Special shout to Siobhan (night manager) who patiently and attentively looked after us when we got in very late. Nothing was too much trouble. Stayed in lots of hotels in Manchester and further afield as I work away a lot, think this is the best way be experience. Congrats Malmaison Deansgate team. I’m Already looking forward to my next visit.
