Stayed here recently for our 1st baby free night away to attend a concert. The room ws lovely and clean. A little smaller than I expected but it was lovely all the same. The decor was nice and the bed was really comfortable. All the staff we met were really friendly. It's a little out of the town but worth the 15 min walk. Would definitely stay here again!

Over £160 per night yet they serve a continental breakfast in a basket to your room as a predefined time (like during COVID) and they charge for water in your room. Room was very small. Nice new hotel, decor and staff great but you can get much better value for money elsewhere in Manchester.

47 was beautifully appointed throughout. Our suite oozed luxury, from the quality of the fitments to the fragrance, furniture and decoration. We loved the attention to detail, particularly the effort made to retain the original features of the buiilding and blend them with contemporary design. Comfort is an essential element of any break away and our stay was just that , with a large and super comfortable bed, a deep free standing bath in which to relax and rain shower to prepare ourselves for the day ahead. Soft white towels, and robes alongside quality bedding and adjustable lighting /temperature added to our experience. Having a separate sitting room/ kitchen area was the perfect place to lounge and enjoy spending time together. The team at 47 were friendly, attentive and professional making every effort to ensure that we had a great stay. Thankyou to you all. We will definitely be making a return visit.

This hotel is absolutely stunning, and perfect location for main bars nearby. The staff were lovely, helpful, welcoming and nothing too much trouble. So pleased upgrading to Suite, as it was immense.. Ate in restaurant, and received 20% off and the food was amazing, along with the breakfast following morning, which set us up for the day.. Just ask for milk, sugars and coffee pods on arrival, as you have to ask for them to be delivered. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was nice and daytime concierge was nice and helpful. Room was very cold in the night and me and my wife couldn’t sleep after 3am as the room was very dusty and we kept sneezing. We tried to open the window but couldn’t open it to let the dust out. I informed night concierge about it & was advised that windows don’t open in all rooms in hotel. When I mentioned how dusty the duvet was he told me it was impossible and tried to play down my experience. He told me he would put the fan on but this didn’t not make any difference to the room.

Love love loved this hotel what a find, beautiful room, staff lovely, gorgeous Indian restaurant Asha’s attached with amazing food and service, great vibe and fabulous little cocktail bar downstairs called The Peterson with some great signature cocktails and very knowledgeable barman could not fault it at all. Great location for Bridgewater Hall concert venue in city centre and great little cafe next door too!

Wow what a wonderful hotel. We came here Friday- Saturday for my husbands 30th birthday as a surprise. I paid £169 for the standard room and £40 for the balloons, petals and chocolate package. On arrival they kindly upgraded us to a duplex suite which was split level with our own living room, kitchen, bar and a beautiful bath in the bedroom! Everything about the room was perfect, and we genuinely believe that it was the best nights sleep we’ve both ever had! The comfiest beds ever. The breakfast at Asha’s was amazing, so flavourful. All the staff were incredibly friendly and polite. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone, the whole experience was perfect! Thank you Forty- Seven❤️

We stayed here for 1 night as we had tickets to an event at the Bridgewater Hall , which is just around the corner, perfect location. We pre booked a car park close by and found the hotel staff very welcoming as we arrived. We had also pre booked a table for Asha’s for that evening, which the staff kindly checked and confirmed for us. This hotel is amazing space and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Our room was beautifully decorated and loved the bit of bare Manchester brick to give the elegant decor a twist. Fantastic selection of toiletries for use whilst you are here, along with a great selection of complimentary teas and coffees. We enjoyed a delicious meal and Drinks in Asha’s and even found time for a couple of signature cocktails in The Peterman Downstairs. Please do visit this hotel, a wonderful gem of a hotel in a beautiful city. Thank you for making us very welcome.

Lovely stay, upgraded to suite . Lights slightly confusing . Room had no milk or pods for the coffee machine . However the lovely man on reception happily brought me some milk . The room was peaceful despite being set above the main road , perfect room temperature . Great stay would recommend and will stay again
