Booked this hotel through Priceline and then my flight was cancelled making it impossible for me to get there. The hotel refused to cancel/change my reservation. There are many great hotels near the Manchester airport. Pick any one of them over this place. I feel like I was robbed.

I have to take a minute and just express how incredible the people at this place are! (Great example) Harry one of the day time front desk employees has demonstrated warm professionalism I've only seen at much more expensive hotels. It's clearly not just a job to him, or the many other employees here. Big shot out to whoever does the hiring! I've got nothing but good things to say about my experience at this hotel.

Hotel was very conveniently located. Staff was friendly. Our room never got cleaned during the day. Needed a lot of updates. Couch was stained. Was something pink and sticky on headboard. Continental breakfast was pretty good, coffee was good.

Hoor was incredibly helpful and sweet when checking in! She made sure I had a room and was taken care of! The room was good and there have been no issues! I would highly recommend this hotel to others traveling to the area! This was truly great experience!

Harry and Annie were great employees and very helpful. They went above and beyond for me, and they made our stay really special. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay! We will definitely come back if the chance arises again. Hopefully Harry and Annie are there again, they really made the stay memorable.
