The room was not ready when we arrived at 5pm but I believe her name was Daisy at the front desk she was very sweet and friendly. We went to dinner and came back an hour later and it was ready. The room had a broken outlet by the bed which was a problem for my husband who uses a CPAP machine to sleep. He had to sleep on a cot in the corner by an outlet.
The vent in the bathroom has thick dust hanging on it. We only stayed one night and Daisy was by far the best part.

We came in and went to check in the clerk was very polite and asked if there was any where special we'd like to be, we said no. The clerk put us on the second floor, we said fine , we got to our room clean and neat, the problem was our roomwas right next to the ice machine station, and thats all we heard. Granted we could have called the desk and asked to be moved but we dealt with it.
The next morningwhen leaving we mentioned to the day clerk our dissapointment of basicly being asked where we like to be and then being put next to the icemachine, his
answer " sorry we are pretty full".
This will not stop us from staying with Fairfield inn but next time we will not accept a room near the ice machine or elevator.

Lovely quiet hotel room. Very close to airport. Very pleasant staff even at 4 am when I had to leave for a plane.
