The entertainment was really good all so nice and friendly and had a lovely time and enjoyed every last minute of it cant wait to come again thanks to FATIH and brodie

Absolutely loved the entertainment especially fatih and Brodie, Kevin, Sibiu the rest the good management the lot nothing bad to say about the place we have many enjoy bar staff good and good plus the food and even cleaners in the day and night absolutely quality and also bar manager yunus absolutely good with customers

We were here the last week of May and the first week of June. We stayed in a family room in building 2. The room could do with an update but it didn’t spoil the holiday. The pool is massive and quite deep with alcoves of shallower water and kids areas. Water slides are great and never had to queue long. The food was good and loads to choose from. We went to the Italian and Chinese and I would recommend you book up early. The food and staff at both restaurants were excellent. We never experienced any hard selling for massages, tattoos or make overs. They asked, we said no then had a quick chat and off they went. Evening entertainment is hit and miss but good holiday fun. All the staff worked hard and are very polite. A special mention and thanks to Melike who ran the teens club. She was really good and always checking in with us to see how we were. Malik who done the archery, very good with the kids, Velat, a waiter in the main restaurant who didn’t speak much English but really made an effort and always got our drinks. Finally our cleaner, room 2012, who always had a smile and left us flowers. None of the staff expected a tip but if you can please do. I would avoid the shop as it is a rip off. Bring your own refillable cups, floats, goggles and plenty of sun screen. The floors get slippery and hot so bring water shoes or sliders. Have a great time, we did. Thank you Pegasos World.

Set along the eastern part of Side, this hotel wows on approach as you climb up it's gardened slope & enter the large, spacious Lobby area. I'll be as honest as possible as we got back today as a family of 3.. there are some great things, but plenty of concerns and things you might wish to consider if you're looking to book here. Lobby area: Spacious, plenty of seating. Desk are fairly attentive and relaxed - it soon becomes clear this hotel is geared towards Germans, Russians and most of the other Eastern European Countries. WiFi is free for 2 people all over the hotel, even works on the beach. 3rd person can have it free in the Lobby only. Otherwise there's a charge. One major negative I noticed over our stay, is that the Lobby has a small water feature river running through it. Unfortunately this meant I was eaten alive by mosquitos whilst using the free WiFi in the evenings. I noticed many others with bites- I have to say I've travelled all over the world and by far, this hotel has the highest "bite rate" I've ever encountered (and I use excellent repellant). You're taken to your room on an electric golf kart and expected to tip as usual. Rooms: Things start to go a bit downhill here - we had an updated family room with a front bedroom with 2 single beds and a back main bedroom with a king size bed. The single beds had no mattress topper and were too hard/uncomfortable. The air con was far too cold in the single beds room, but not strong enough in the main bedroom. The bathroom was ok, shower pretty good although turns into a pool around your feet whilst showering. Also the sink tap was broken and swinging around the sink. The connection to the basin had come away. Also the sink plug was stuck in the hole, which required a "technical" person to fix. He just turned up and pulled it out the sink and left! The rooms are too light ; they have awful thin folding blinds that still can allow people to see in. Not to mention on the top floor it's very lit so you get a very light room when it's supposed to be dark. The main bedroom was dark until 530am, when the sun absolutely blazes through and it's like complete daytime. Come on Pegasus World you can do better than this .... TV also has a bright BEKO emblem lit which doesn't switch off even when the TV is off. Which is a daft idea as it's like having the light on! Food/Restaurant: Breakfast was the poorest time to eat. The Cooks overproduced food so it was almost always cold. Pancakes (Hotcakes) were rock hard , or rubbery due to being made half an hour earlier and sitting under a heat lamp. Omelettes were not cooked to order. Breakfast was a huge disappointment for us. For lunch, we used the snack bar near the water slides area, which was generally good quality and hot food. Evening meals always had something different on, so I will say the meats were fantastic and the range of foods very good. But - you had to get there shortly after 6pm otherwise it becomes utter chaos with people walking into e

We come here at least twice a year!! Absolutely love this place.. very clean, amazing size rooms and the most attentive staff you will ever meet. A 30 seconds stroll onto the beach ⛱️ .. and the food is exceptional. Why this isn't a 5 star I will never know. You need to get up early to get a decent spot on the sun loungers though . Back in October and already counting down the days.

This place is amazing!! It felt like you were in the bahamas with all the palm trees and bars around the pool. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the food and drink was good. I want to mention our room maid Emine Kaya...she did a fantastic job of cleaning our room every day that we were there. The water slides were well supervised. We stayed for 10 nights, which I would say is more than enough. A week would be adequate if staying here. My son couldn't get enough chips, ice creams, and drinks of fanta whilst there. Highly recommend. Will visit again one day.

I came here with my 3 children age 2 4 and 12. On day 6 my 2 year old split his head open on the steps due to uncleared spilt drink. He had to go to hospital for stiches. Not 1 member of staff came to help and we had to rely on other guessed. There was no empathy from the hotel and no duty of care what so ever. I am left with a bill of £350, it was double but they reduced it for me. Hotel won't pay the bill Or accept any responsibility, Insurance I would have to pay first, I am a single mum and saved for a year to come here and don't have the money. I even showed my bank balance . Iv been told if I don't pay the police will be called and I will be barred from leaving the country. The hotel have said lts between me and the hospital. I would never come back here again and want to leave already

Serkan is an amazing entertainer and done a really good job in making sure my holiday was fun I would recommend anyone to come to this resort it’s amazing , the pool here is massive and well looked after and the staff do a brilliant job in making sure ur looked after and cared for .

To be honest, one of the best hotels we’ve been. The hotel is spotless! Super clean kitchen, outdoor spaces, garden maintenance, pools!!! Staff working very hard to get it all up to standard! Food is absolutely fantastic!! Super tasty and one of the best food we had in a all-inclusive hotels. Everything is fresh and plenty of choice!!! Be vary that this hotel is super busy, so be early for your good location of sun beds. Entertainment is fantastic as well, all day long !!! Bar staff working super hard to please everyone and be fast with drinks. Honestly can’t fault this hotel. The Public Relations team going above and beyond for customers, great team !!! Really if you are looking for a good hotel for your family with slides, entertainment, and good food & service don’t look further!!! Honestly give this hotel a chance and you won’t be disappointed!!! The only downfall is the prices in the shops that don’t belong to hotel £30 for a small ball is ridiculous, maybe there is something you guys can do about it. But if you like to buy something better to go to outlets outside hotels, they are super safe, and side town is beautiful as well. Almost forgot that the lifeguards has been great as well well organised ! Well done guys 👏👏👏 great job for everyone!!! The only think is that i feel sorry for the staff that they have to deal with all sort of s****d people there 😛
