The first room I was checked in to already was occupied. I opened the door to find someone sleeping in the bed.
The second room I occupied had extremely loud music coming through the broken windows.
The third room I got was OK.

I used this hotel just for my connecting flight the following morning(7:40 am). Due to jet lag, I could go to bed at 3am. Even though, I asked the front desk to make a wakeup calls both at 5am and 5:30am, but they did not. I missed the flight. I even wouldn't think about this devastating hotel.

Hotel tem péssimas instalacoes sanitárias e aceitam cachorro. Jamais um hotel executivo deve aceitar cachorro, pois os latidos incomodam os outros hóspedes, já que os quartos sao próximos.
Fiquei hospedada no hotel doas dias 26/01 a 04/02, pois estava participando de um evento no hotel com 120 pessoas. A maioria das pessoas que estavam no evento e que também estavam hospedadas nesse hotel passaram mal com infeccao gastrointestinal, por causa da comida ou da água do hotel. Foi um mal-estar geral, pessoas indo ao hospital, vomitando, com diarreia, febre... muito sério.
coincidentemente encontramos uma moradora do hotel no elevador e ela perguntou para a gente "e aí, vocês já pegaram o vírus do hotel?" Ou seja, algo recorrente nesse hotel que nao se preocupa em oferecer o mínimo de saneamente e boa comida para os hóspedes.
Outro ponto é que sempre subia um cheiro horrível de esgoto dentro dos apartamentos, do nada o mal cheiro aparecia dentro dos banheiros. ESSE HOTEL DEVE SER INTERDITADO!!!

Vários hóspedes tiveram uma virose. Quarto bastante barulhento. Atendimento dos funcionários excelente, em especial as camareiras e os atendentes do restaurante.

Localização privilegiada, próximo ao Shopping Manauara. Possui boa estrutura, pessoal dedicado e diversas opções de restaurante e lazer nas proximidades. Recomendo !

O hotel é maravilhoso! Ficamos apenas uma noite, mas a cama é super confortável, o quarto tem ótima climatização (o que é importantíssimo em Manaus) e a estrutura de piscina e salão de jogos é muito bem montada, aproveitamos bastante! Recomendo demais!
