Imagine after checking into your room that unsupervised children ring your doorbell and run back into their room where no parents are supervising them. Explored on site dining and decided on the Asian restaurant Bo-Sami, had to flag down staff to order and seek other assistance, quality of food as disappointing as the service. Wife had car valeted after shopping and the valet attendant lowered all windows and when the car was returned the rear window was not operating and denied lowering windows. Duty manager said he would have it fixed only to find out they stuffed a piece of cardboard inside the door panel to prop up the window but communicated they called a mechanic to complete the work. Housekeeping, did not change bedding after our first night but only remade the bed. A very disappointing experience to say the least.

A very bad experience in such hotel calling itself 5 stars hotel. In my experience i can compare it to 2-3 stars hotels but for 5 stars ones it isnt comparable : staff - rooms - cleanliness - restaurant - facilities. If you compare it with 5 stars hotels in same price category in Bahrain all of them had better quality in everything comparing to Diplomat Radisson blu

As you can see in the texts that is the scariest shower ever and it doesn’t even look that cool. The design is obviously so terrible that whoever created this nightmare should career change.

I am a VIP member enjoying free upgrade, free breakfast, & early checkin late checkout. What can I say, it's a very comfortable bed sparkling clean all over. Well, to me their food is ok. Staff is very welcoming it's a shame I can't recall names but I found none with bad behavior. The SPA is definitely worth a visit and thumbs up for Sofia & Mary seriously both are talented people their treatment is state-of-the-art. Take the full package though.

Good City hotel with accesibility with good international cuisine for Lunch and Dinner. The Residence wing is Good and perfect for 2 to 3 familes travelling together. Good spaces rooms. And good for business and lesiure travellers. It was a good stay.

Mary was great - her massages are awesome! I had arrived with an aching back and the massage that Mary had gave to me made my aching back feel better . My body overall feels good as new! Whenever I am in Bahrain for work this will be the first place that I come to for a massage.

Gross.... They have a "Health Club" Gym and no one there, no towels, wet floors other gym people using hand towels for showers. Dead insects and pests. Terrible mold smells. I am appalled... I mentioned this twice and nothing has changed. Can't wait to check out soon.
