Private: pergola (10 m2), garden furniture. 1.4 km long narrow motor access (via unmade road, mountain road). 250 m steep footpath to the house. Width of access road: 270 cm. Public parking 250 m. Supermarket 15 km, restaurant 1 km, railway station "Biasca SBB-FFC" 22 km. Walking paths from the house 5 m, cable car 6 km. Nearby attractions: Mulino di Dandrio, Museo della Valle di Blenio, Castello di Seravalle, Negrentino, Castelli di Bellinzona UNESCO, Splash und SPA + Monte Tamaro. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Luzzone, Lago Retico (Lucomagno), Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano. House is simple but fine and tidy. Everything present. Only no socket for earth plugs! Even internet coverage for mobile. Location is very nice. Sometimes walkers walk right past the house. Walking from the cottage in beautiful surroundings and quiet. Acc
