Por motivos de trabajo, me hospedaron dos semanas en este hotel. Si hay una cosa que debe garantizar cualquier hotel, sea de la categoría que sea, es el descanso del cliente y que este pueda dormir bien al 100%. Pues bien, no es el caso del Extremadura Hotel. Los colchones son viejos y sus muelles se hacen notar, los interruptores magnetotérmicos, al no ser de buena calidad (antiguos), emiten un molesto y constante zumbido, el ventilador del baño funciona 24H, también con su consecuente ruido. De un numeroso equipo que estuvimos alojados aquí, pocos consiguieron dormir bien. Para redondear todo esto, al bajar a recepción, para comentar que hacía demasiado frio en la habitación y preguntar si esto tenía solución, la maravillosa y profesional respuesta del recepcionista fue: ”Es lo que hay...” Y como guinda del pastel, el buffet del desayuno muy, muy mediocre. Resumiendo, si lo que buscas es descansar y desayunar bien, hay muchas alternativas mucho mejores por la zona, con precios similares. Lo único positivo a destacar, es la amabilidad y simpatía de una de las camarera en el desayuno.

The streets are narrow and you are allowed to park outside the hotel to unload. Reception area is small but inviting and the staff very helpful and friendly. Information was sent earlier to inform us where to park our car with codes included and map. We had booked parking. The Hotel is in a very old building with vaulted ceilings and stone walls. It has character. The room and en suite were clean. The breakfast was lovely with meats, yogurt, rolls and bread for toasting Filled croissants with cheese and ham too. Each table had their own tongs to take the bread etc from the plates set out. All very hygienic. We enjoyed our 2 night stay and were directed to restaurants in the city for our evening meal. A delightful and historic Hotel in the City. Shampoo and soap were in the bathroom and if you required anything else there is note saying, please ask.

Hotel bien en relación precio calidad. Todo su valor está en la ubicacion. Muy céntrico para 2 días y conocer el casco antiguo de Cáceres. Es un 2 estrellas y eso es lo que te dan. No quisomos desayunar allí ningún día ni tapear y el último día nos dimos cuenta que su bar es el que siempre estaba lleno. Por algo sería. Son muy amables todos. Un saludo.

Hemos estado el finde semana visitando Cáceres, está en las afueras y si no tienes coche el paseo del centro al hotel es d media hora y por un sendero bastante solo, que pasan sólo los coches, eso se debería de avisar y por lo demás, en cuanto al hotel la estancia genial, la recepcionista nos atendió muy amablemente e incluso nos recomendó sitios para pedir comida para llevarla a la habitación, ya que estábamos muy cansadas fue todo un acierto, las habitaciones muy bien acondicionadas, les falta un lavado de cara en cuanto a pintura y algún otro detalle y La iluminación de los pasillos tardan los sensores mucho en detectar el movimiento e impide acceder de noche rápidamente al ascensor, por el resto desayuno de buffet muy correcto y por 5€ es más que aceptable, volveríamos a ir e incluso lo recomiendo para los que quieran evadirse un poco del caos por el Womad
