I would highly recommend high beech resort to all my family and friends it was a beautiful place to enjoy with family and friends. The staff went above and beyond to help you the resort was lovely and clean and plenty of different pools to choose from all inclusive buffet was plentiful with lots of choice. The entertainment in the beach bar was excellent I will certainly be going back again and thank you high beech for a wonderful holiday

Respectable hotel, perfect for couples, I had a romantic trip, my partner and I were very pleased. A la carte restaurant for gourmets, beautifully furnished rooms, very comfortable beds. An unforgettable view of the sea, a small island and a church. I won't forget this April.

A hotel that I definitely recommend to everyone. This hotel is in our hearts. We were there with a small child of 2 years old at the beginning of September 2023. We had a sea view suite on the first floor. I think these are the best rooms in this hotel. The room is spacious. Also there was an additional bed for a baby. The view from the room is wonderful. You can see the sea, watch sunrises and sunsets. There is no noise at nights. Clean sea and beach. We always had sunbeds reserved. There are also good swimming pools there. The hotel accommodates your suggestions. You will always feel that they are taking care of you and trying to make your holiday better. This hotel is worthy of 5 stars. But I want to give a separate star to Mr. Yannis. He makes a huge contribution to this hotel for the guests. This is the person who makes your holiday even more wonderful. It is also worth visiting this hotel to hear how beautifully Mr. Yannis sings. And also a special thank you from our daughter to Olga from the restaurant. (Thank you for a book :)) We are glad we visited this hotel and want to come back again. Angelina, Sergei and Yasya.

Our family of two teenage girls and two parents enjoyed a wonderful week at the best resort we’ve ever been to. Both the staff and the environment really made us feel welcomed and at home, and to have a food allergy was not a problem at all. Both the staff and the chef personalized the food so we all could enjoy the rich buffet and sweets! Our room and all the facilities were very fresh, nice and clean; that including the public bathrooms. We really enjoyed the pool areas and the close distance to the wonderful beach. This was a vacation we’ll never forget!

We have rested in this hotel many times! It's the same feeling every time we want to come back!!!! There is a very pleasant atmosphere, a beautiful sea, a great beach, good beach staff, very friendly staff of the whole hotel!!! At the reception you will be met by a friendly, professional, the face of the hotel Arkady, who will always solve your questions (if they arise). The room is very well cleaned! (Our employee was the best in the hotel (room number 732). The food is good, varied, in the restaurant we were served by a very friendly Olga. There was a magic pizza until 18 o'clock. In the morning, friendly Giorgio will prepare you an unusual mimosa at the beach bar, and he or Mario will prepare delicious cocoa or make a good cocktail. In the evening, two beautiful, artistic, very sincere, cheerful, caring bartenders Georgas and Vasilis will meet you at the beach bar. In the evenings, the bar hosts wonderful evenings with live music and wonderful performers! Thanks to all the hotel staff, Madam Futula, Captain Georg! P.S. Если нас примут, обязательно вернёмся😂😂😂

This was our first all inclusive holiday so we didn’t really know what to expect. The High Beach Resort exceeded all expectations. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. The concierge were amazing. We needed to change rooms as it didn’t quite suit our needs. They moved us without issue to a poolside room, which was so much easier for us. Lia and Yannis do an amazing job keeping the resort in check and they were so good to us. The food was excellent and you could eat 3 full meals each day if so desired. The Seaside bar was great and the team did excellent cocktails. Located right on the beach was so easy. You were a 15 minute walk into Malia old town. The church was stunning. There are loads of clubs on that road but being late in the season they were closed. In summary, this is a great resort and I am sure we will return.

Great service and excellent food together with a calm atmosphere. Clean, tidy beach and ideal layout of the pools. I've been here twice before, but now there's a lot more greenery and flowers. The room is absolutely clean. An ideal resort for people to relax.

Very nice hotel with a beach front view with certain rooms. I would give it 4 stars though as amenities and service need a little improvement for a 5 star. The Elia restaurant offers a more personal dining experience which I would recommend. It would be great if closing times of the restaurants were a little bit later as 21:30 is too early.
