What a lovely 10 nights, a lifestyle resort! Need a break? This is the place to go, the scenery and food is outstanding, standard room was perfect to watch the sunrise and offers beautiful scenery of the scenic beach with crystal clear waters and welcoming bars and shops. But the entertainment is basic pub stuff apart from the Cuban night, the al a carte restaurants are amazing! The staff are amazing friendly and the spa is fantastic, it was an absolute pleasure to stay here, hopefully during the next stay the experience is the same, Thank you so much for your outstanding hospitality.

Here at the moment, warm welcome at such a late hour by reception, lovely room allocated. Views are stunning, so many beautiful view points, lots of sunbeds in all areas of the hotel. Spotlessly clean, the food at buffet has been delicious and varied so far, no signs of using last nights leftovers here, tranquil and quiet if that’s what you are looking for. A few of the younger couples have struggled due to location, no night life. But Hotel is gorgeous, staff friendly and so helpful, it helps to smile at them. Update in a few more days, but so far no complaints!

This was a great hotel in a fabulous location but I would say that the food and drinks were not 5 star.Same sort of food every day in main restaurant and you had to pay extra for premium drinks. Staff in panorama bar were amazing,so attentive, nothing was too much trouble for them.Had a meal in both fine dining reteraunts which were fabulous, definitely recommend booking as soon as you arrive. 30 minute walk to a lovely beach with some great bars.If you just want a chill out week this is the place to be. Unfortunately on the last day my husband and i had a terrible sickness bug which we had to endure while travelling home!!!!

The hotel was lovely it’s a very quiet resort (minus the wind)perfect for relaxing and unwinding the choice of food for the buffet was nice plenty to choose from and the restaurants you are able to experience are incredible we thoroughly enjoyed our meals at the restaurants. The entertainment on the evening was good also which only ran for around an hour. Most of the staff were very pleasant however I feel as though some of the reception staff weren’t as helpful as they could be… this is most definitely a relaxing holiday as there’s not much to do other than the pool table and tennis courts we spent most of our days sunbathing by the pool or on the beach which is a very short walk away. Overall it was a nice stay very clean and respectable.

Start with the positives. Restaurant staff ( Stella ) amazing . Such a lovely lady and nothing was a trouble. Bar staff bottom pool bar Poppie and Demetrius…. Wow, these two are a credit to the hotel. Worth their weight in gold!! Both work so hard. Cleaning staff all very nice people. Pool area’s are lovely and of course you do have amazing views. Drinks included in the all inclusive package we really couldn’t complain, cocktails very nice and all served with a smile. Food in the restaurant was okay, unfortunately breakfast was always cold. Even if you were in the restaurant early. Eggs fried, scrambled etc were always cold and rest of grilled food was the same. Lunch and dinner you did have a good choice but definitely not 5 star. Negative’s Reception staff - we arrived late at night on Friday 12 April and initially the greeting from lady was very pleasant . She sat us down and very quickly ran through a map of the resort. Then straight away continued to ask for a 70 euro payment for resort tax. Very quick to take this ! We were sent on away in a golf trolly to our room (216). The room looked completely different to what we had booked through Jet2. Very small, no living area. No private out door area. Toilet and shower very worn. Safety deposit box not working. We could hear the toilet in the room above us being flushed also a loud noise from the boiler room that was right nextdoor to us. We ended up walking back to reception ( as no number left on phone to say how to call reception) just what we needed after a long journey. Explained the problem to the same receptionist ( wish I had of taken down her name). The lady looked at us as if we were stupid , asked what room did we think we should have. I showed a picture of the booking confirmation which also included the description and photo of the room. Nothing like the one we were in!! I also continued to tell her about the noise from the boiler room and toilet from above . Her response was shocking , telling me to find her at 11am the following morning. No apology no empathy nothing! We went back to the room didn't unpack thinking we would be moved the following morning. Went back to reception as she requested at 11am , same lady on the desk with a mile long que of people checking in and out. Another member of the reception team came over and told us the hotel was completely full and if we had a problem to contact Jet2!! The rest of the resort staff are amazing but the reception team are something else. You would think they work for a different company. Awful experience with these guys. Wi-Fi - we found the connection terrible. The resort App- waste of time , not updated with incorrect information. No one answers you on Whats app. It’s number 9 for calling reception , if they don’t understand you when you call they hang up on you! Experienced this twice. Waited 2 days for the safety deposit box to be fixed. Again this was down to the unhelpful reception team, not telling us we ne

We have just returned from an excellent stay at the Seaside resort in Crete. We stayed in a cape suite(509) which had a beautiful unobstructed view of the sea. The hotel itself was of a very high standard with many very helpful staff especially the reception staff who made our stay extra special. The food at the hotel was very good with loads of choice of dishes, in fact the main restaurant was so good we elected not to try out the numerous a la carte restaurants on offer. A choice of free wine bottles were also offered with meals. The All inclusive drinks at the pool were great as was the crepes and waffles served throughout the day. WIFI signal was very good so it was easy to stream movies on my laptop & I phone. We shall definitely return in the autumn

Everything about this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The Staff, the food, the amenities, the location, the cleanliness and the views! We stayed as a Family of four in a two bedroom suite which has a large private pool. The views were incredible and the suite very private. There are a couple of pool bars on the resort centrally located, so wherever you are staying on the resort there is one nearby. Drinks and snacks, fresh sandwiches etc are available all day. The pool bar is then lovely to sit in overlooking the sea/beach on an evening. The choice of food in the main restaurant was brilliant; definitely something for everyone. We stayed all inclusive and definitely value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel; we will definitely be returning!

This resort was the most relaxing, family orientated, excellent staff, singing waitresses experience we’ve ever had. Just found the QR code on a leaflet we were given …. We’d love, live, love to go again and hope Stella the waitress is still there - she was the singer!!!!
