前台服務態度很差，checkin沒有給我們水，都是我們自己去買酒店水時去前台買單才知道有免費水。買了兩瓶普通礦泉水7美元！早上預訂了4:20的送機服務。房間裏時鐘顯示4:17我們下樓，告知我們錯過了4:20的車，必須等下一班4:40的車。我們看到shuttle就在門口，查了一下往機場衹需要4分鐘。對方拒絕當時載我們，藉口是來回趕不上下一班4:40的送客。非常敷衍。

不是國內萬豪的風格，比較簡易，類似國內的桔子水晶的水平，但是房間乾淨舒適，作為臨時落腳點完全沒有問題。住客可以免費停車，需要向前台要停車憑證，否則會被認為違停而拖走。早餐很簡單，美式冷餐。附近交通不太友好，車多且線路複雜，自駕的朋友一定提前審視好線路，轉彎的路口離得很近，很容易轉錯

This is an airport hotel and I couldn’t park during our stay. The said we needed to book park and fly option, not an option on ******* when booking. Phone didn’t work in the room. No bedding for the pullout couch. Front desk said they’d bring bedding, never did. They barely spoke English.

The sofa bed when opening up had crumbs under the mattress. When I went into the closet to get the sheet and blanket there was hair on the blanket. We were also excited about using the indoor pool, but it was not heated. So it was unbearable.

The room was great however our room was directly facing the main street and it was constant tractor trailer noise!!! Literally believe if you book through ******* you get this room!!!

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle took us right to the train station and both drivers we had were wonderful! Breakfast was good, room was clean.
