Coeo Apart-Hotel Parras

Excellent

High standard good apartments in Parras. Excellent location and excellent communications from the Coeo crew. My only critisism is that the pictures implies a roof terrace that is not available. I was looking forward to eating breakfast on the roof terrace :(

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, the apartment has everything you need. An incredible view from the rooftop! Perfect location to explore Málaga, everything is in walking distance. The lock system and communication with the staff works perfectly, you don’t need to worry about anything.

The apartment is well located to the old town and sites, with a 20 minute walk to the harbour. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets in close proximity. The apartment was clean and well laid out, with a comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom with rain shower and new finishes. The kitchen is well equipped. The communication and assistance from Coeo is exceptional, quick and very helpful. You can also leave your luggage with them before and after checkout. Would definitely recommend staying here! Only con is that more comfortable pillows are needed.

Generally a good experience. Comfortable bed and sofa. Good shower and toilet facilities. The kitchen area was adequate but small. Two unit induction hob, needed a steel plate to use the aluminium non stick frying pan (provided) Only worked really well on the back element meaning reaching over the pot on the front element. That aside - Very happy to recommend the COEO apartments. Not dead central, to the historic centre but very close. Possibly a benefit as Malaga is a late night city with a lot of people out till way later than Carolyn and I are up at night. Would have been a 5 out of 5 but for the slightly smaller than ideal kitchen facilities. All the plates, cutlery pots etc more than sufficient. If you’re looking for a spacious well maintained -semi apartment to come home to after a weary day in a great city, look no further. Would we come back to COEO apartment hotel, YES

- the second bed wasn't prepared (even thought we opt in it) - toilets have glass doors - from the balcony you can see some ruined area with homeless people sleeping. - cockroaches are running around - no solt in the apartment (we stayed in three others appartments this december, we could always find solt there) - toilet was broken and running water was making noice during the night - we were missing a remote control for a TV - The kitchen is very tiny, hard to cook comfortably. there is no oven. on a good side: - we managed to make the second bed ourselves, as everything could be found in the appartment to make it. (Thanks to the whats up support) - if you seat on chair and don't look down from the balcony, the sunrices and sunsets are just stunning - the cockroaches were noticed only on the first floor, and mostly during the night or early mornings. - there is a supermarket in a walking disctance if you need some solt. - there are two toilets, so if one broken you can use another one. - there are two TVs, one remote control can be used for both, and we got a second conttrol after contacting the support. - there is a microwave

Incredible place! Was comfy, excellent furniture and silent street but just take in consideration if you arrive in car no has a parking close so onda you’ll lucky find an space on street! And if you need wash your clothes also give us a pair of capsules for laundry!

Goog location. Walking distance to most inner city venues. Lovely appartment with all you need for a good stay.

Very clean and up to date room We had a top floor with large terrasse that we used every night to see the sunset Safe environment Just a 5 minute walk from all the action (which is a good thing) About a 15 minute walk from the beach. Bike shop at 3 minutes Highly recommend
