ฉันชอบการตกแต่งที่สวยงามขนาดเล็ก ห้องพักใหญ่ และสะดวกสบาย อาหารเช้ายอดเยี่ยม พนักงานบริการยอดเยี่ยม ฉันต้องการถ้าห้องมีเก้าอี้เอนหลัง ให้โอกาสเราอ่านหนังสือโดยไม่รบกวนคู่สมรสของเรา และถ้ามีคนมาช่วยหลังเที่ยงคืนหากมีเหตุฉุกเฉิน ทุกอย่างเป็นสิ่งที่ดีจริงๆ

Great service , they follow up your arrival and sending thank you card to you after checkout. Premium room amenities and complimentary chips, snacks, fruit basket. Shower pressure is slightly low to my liking. The parking not secure and food is something that really need to look into. Prawn wasn’t fresh during my 1st breakfast, second day served me brunt and greasy roti canai. I have expectations on a room that cost 450 a night in melaka.

If I could award more than 5 stars, I certainly would. The overall experience is truly outstanding; I couldn't ask for more. The staff consistently radiates a positive attitude, always wearing smiles and ready to serve. It's challenging to find any faults in their service. The location is strategically placed where all the action unfolds. The rooms are not only comfortable but impeccably clean, equipped with everything one could need. The food is beyond amazing—I couldn't ask for anything better. Without a doubt, I'll be returning.

Perfect location. Car park was not sheltered and this might be a problem when it rains. It was noisy at night due to proximity to Jonker street. Noise will stop at around 11pm? Other than that, bed was comfy with 3 pillows. We will definitely stay there again.

a wonderful hotel, it becomes always the first option when next time we travel to Malacca. Next staffs and nice facilities, a good moment to stay and relax.

From booking to check out, the experience has been lore than wonderful. KHAIRUL from front desk was awesome. The room, breakfast and amenities are spot on. Love this place.

This was our 2nd time back to Liumen. It has become super popular since we last visited. Love the location, the Peranakan art deco vibe and the breakfast. The in-house chef serves only breakfast and has a discerning quest to provide authentic good quality meal. Good luck in getting your weekend reservation!

The hotel is beautiful, artistic, inspirational. located at the heart of Malacca..easy access to every iconic spot. Their service is heartfelt kind and also professional. the breakfast and afternoon tea give full enery to travel around.

Positives: - Interior design of the room was fantastic, with natural light allowed in the room and toilet - Bed was super comfortable, and 4 pillows provided! - Complimentary Malaysian snacks and beverages provided - Turn down service and Nyonya pineapple tarts were served. - During check in, tamarind juice was served - Toilet huge, with separate tub and shower area - Personalised card and fruit platter awaiting in the room upon check in - Farewell gift (a foldable fan) provided - Staff were friendly and took initiative - Ear plugs provided - ceiling fan provided a resort experience and additional ventilation Negatives - Room on ground floor so could hear movement and sound outside of the room. The room was next to the dining area so sleep might be affected

Great location near Jonker street. Nice toiletries. Check in process was fast with cold towel and welcome drinks. Recommended.

Warm welcome during check in with tea and towel provided. Handwritten card written by the hotel manager to explain the meaning for the room type name. All fruits, drinks and snacks are complimentary. Even gotten a hand fan as a farewell gift upon checking out. Breakfast was delicious too. Will defiantly be back again.
