The accommodation is new, well-equipped, and clean. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as the water dispenser offering hot and room-temperature water, and the provision of extra trash bags. Overall, I had a great and enjoyable stay.
However, there were a few downsides. Firstly, guests are required to contact the owner in advance for check-in details. Neither the owner nor I initiated contact, leaving me unprepared upon arrival. When I reached the apartment at 8 PM, tired from travel, I panicked as the agent's office near the drop-off area informed me they did not service this particular rental unit. The service staff was kind enough to assist by calling the number listed on the Trip.com app (+60 16-699 6688), but the calls went unanswered. After several unsuccessful attempts on WhatsApp, I was fortunate to find another contact number (+60 19-668 8335) in a related email. Through WhatsApp, I finally reached someone who provided the check-in details, and we managed to check in close to 10 PM. I hope through sharing this review could help better others on their check-in process and not experience what i had gone through.
Another drawback is the gym and game room facilities, which require booking through an app likely intended for condominium residents. Additionally, there are no eateries within walking distance—the nearest options are a 5-minute drive to the D'Tank Paradise Foodcourt, which offers a good variety of food choices.
Despite these challenges, the quality of the accommodation itself made the stay pleasant..
