Overall a comfortable stay with spacious room and parking facility. Breakfast was served in room as per choice- paratha, poha etc. Location is close to railway station and on the main road but still not noisy at all.

Washrooms were having small mosquitos. They didn't cleaned my room. Old unhygienic towel and foot matse were kept. Breakfast was in a very small plate with sugar was served. You will not get breakfast before 9 am. They are not keeping glass or cup in room to drink water. Breakfast in room only. Breakfast plate etc cleared from room in the room. For two day stay only one towel. Very embracing. If you ask them something if they are unable to provide, they will not revert you just keep quiet. At the time of checking out will request you for good rating. Till night 1 am hotel staff will make lot of noise on ground. At every step staff will show that you are burden to them.

Comfortable stay and good service! really enjoyed myself and the family was very happy as well. Recommended for traveling.

Hotel staff are not professional, they behave very bad to guest, i am stay there 5 nights and one night all staff members are fighting each other and take abuse language all guest are scared, one day i give my clothes for laundry but all staff are lying that your clothes are ready, but they give me my clothes one day later from their promise day, but in sagar other hotel are also worst so if you compare to worst hotel then my suggestion it's little good from other worst hotel because there room are big and good, overall very bad experience
