Good stay in Makkah whilst we visited as a family. Close to Hajj ziyārah sites and only 5 minute drive to Masjid al Haram (when it’s quiet. Reasonably clean though I wasn’t convinced by the IHG cleanliness assurance during these sensitive times. We went for the 2 interconnecting rooms but the hotel had lost the key to the interconnecting door!! It took all night and into dawn before we were relocated into another room with a door that allowed access to each others room... quite important when you have 3 children. Until then, all 5 of us slept in one room for the first night of the 2 nights booked!! Our new room had issues with the door lock sensor.... so a maintenance problem all round. Once the issues were sorted however, everything else was smooth. Decent enough breakfast for European and Arab tastes. Spacious rooms, well decorated. One thing to note... reception staff are excellent - polite, well mannered and want to get things sorted for you. It’s just unfortunate the maintenance staff struggle. I’d recommend on the basis the maintenance issues were a one off issue.

We stayed at the hotel for 12 amazing days. The staffs were very welcoming and always attentive to our needs. The receptionists are always here to help with any of your issues. Be it laundry, housekeeping, payment, anything. Aadil from housekeeping did great cleaning jobs throughout our stay. Regular free shuttle to Masjid Al Haram really enhances your visit for swalat or even shopping etc. Note that you can wash your clothes and sun dry it on the roof. Bring your own cords. A big THANK YOU to the management. Really helped! Food snacks and drinks is now available from room service Note: register yourself on Accor App to benefit from discount on your hotel stay payments. I think 5%. Thank you Ibis Styles team for making our first Umrah memorable.

Umrah trip with family Mar 2023 Went there for Umra trip with family we were bit confused while booking this hotel since it is located a bit away from Haram (1.5kms), however, they have shuttle service with good reviews 1. Hotel is super nice, new and very clean. Checkin was super quick although we had two rooms and were given on seperate floors as they didnt had two rooms on the same floor. 2. Rooms were good clean and tidy on check-in. They provided all basic amenities like iron, iron board, safe, etc. However, the rooms service was an issue and i had to complain and ask the counter to get the room cleaned after requesting the staff for couple of time. 3. Shuttle service was superb. Evertime there is a shuttle standing at the enterence leaving in approx 20 to 30 mins. Drop off point is the bus station behind clock tower with hardly few minutes walk to the Haram. 4. Even if you use Taxi it usually charges 15 riyals during normal timings and max 20 riyals during rush hours. We mostly used taxi service which was also very convinient. 5. Hotel location is very peaceful, you can find few restaurants nearby and baqalas for basic requirements.

Namely Chidfrul Aziz One and only Monir Islam, Nanna, Ahmed Hosein aka Mr mustache, Mr Radwan, Mr manhood, Mr Ricky, and Amir!! ผผู้เข้าพักTwo nights stay was just great; attentive but not intrusive staff made the difference. Miss Nehal and her colleagues at the reception, management and restaurants are among the best Marriot brands staff I have ever seen. Arrived too early for the usual check in but was treated in the best way with minimum waiting and an upgrade. The location near the HARAM is just great and the view from the 21st floor restaurant is awesome Wide variety of delicious food at breakfast and dinner time with highly courteous staff and good looking smiling faces every where . Some facelift is needed in the rooms though Thank you all Dr A Hawwari Titanium member

ผผู้เข้าพักWe stayed for a week. Overall, it was a decent experience although ultimately overpriced during Umrah. The room was relatively small. We were able to add a third guest at a cost of 300 riyals per night which was reasonable but only a bunk bed was offered and it took the minimal space available. The bathroom sink was clogged during our entire stay despite repetitive requests made to the cleaning staff and on the Bonvoy Marriott app. The food experience is however terrible! Iftar at the restaurant is extremely overpriced for 250 riyals per person and unjustified for a food of poor quality and not tasty at that. The scheduling was also hectic. Iftar was only from 7 to 9 pm and Sohour from 1 to 3 am; meaning if one wanted to attend Taraweeh, they would not be able to eat by the time they came back from the Mosque and would have to wait until 1 am to sustain themselves, which is ridiculous. We were therefore eating at the coffeeshop reception which was offering a buffet for 100 riyals per person, which was still overpriced for what it was. Only a few items were offered and not replenished.

ทันทีที่คุณเข้าไปในโรงแรมกลิ่นอันแสนวิเศษก็กระทบคุณ การตกแต่งอยู่นอกโลกนี้ สีเอิร์ธโทนอันเงียบสงบ ความแวววาวที่ละเอียดอ่อนระหว่างทุกสิ่งถือเป็นความคิดที่ดี องค์ประกอบฟรีในโรงแรมที่ฉันชอบเช่นกัน กาแฟคุณภาพดี ผ้าเช็ดตัวมากมาย หลากหลายขนาด วิวสวย! รถบัสรับส่งมีบ่อยมาก ส่วนใหญ่ที่ฉันรอคือ 2 นาทีอาจจะ แต่เกือบทุกกรณีฉันไม่ต้องรอ ประตูทุกบานเปิดรอคุณและทำให้คุณรู้สึกเหมือนเป็นเจ้านาย อาหารเช้าก็มีอาหารหลากหลายดีเช่นกัน ฉันจะมาเยี่ยมอีกครั้งแน่นอน ถูกกว่าโรงแรมใกล้เคียง.. สุดท้ายนี้ขอบอกว่าอัลลอฮ์ฮุมะบาริก!

ผผู้เข้าพักพักที่นี่ 7 คืนในเดือนรามมาดานี่เป็นประสบการณ์ที่ยอดเยี่ยม เรามีสองห้องห้องสําหรับสามคนมีขนาดเล็กและแคบ แต่เตียงคู่กว้างขวางกว่า ห้องน้ําอยู่ในสภาพดีและบริการทําความสะอาดทุกวันดีมาก เตียงนอนดีมาก!! เราทาน Suhoor / อาหารเช้า และมันก็อร่อย หลากหลาย และเมนูเปลี่ยนแปลงทุกวัน พนักงานที่โรงแรมแห่งนี้เป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดีซึ่งเป็นความรู้สึกต้อนรับและสดชื่นเมื่อพิจารณาจากพนักงานที่ไม่ค่อยช่วยเหลือทั่วไปที่แผนกต้อนรับของโรงแรมในซาอุดิอาระเบีย สิ่งเดียวที่ฉันจับได้คือการเดินไปที่ฮาลาลและระยะทางไปยังร้านอาหารและร้านค้า ต้องบอกว่าฉันไม่รังเกียจที่จะอยู่ที่นั่นอีก

ผผู้เข้าพักDecent hotel with a shuttle bus running all the time to Haram and you reach there in a few minutes; we never struggled to wait or find a bus. Given the price I believe very good option. Rooms are average when it comes to furnishing and I'd say below average when it comes to cleanliness but we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. No water in the room unless you ask for it and they bring only 1 bottle. Breakfast is good and there are some shops if you want to buy water and snacks during the day.

ผผู้เข้าพักเป็นครั้งแรกที่ได้พักโรงแรมนี้ช่วงสั้นๆ มันเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดีมากตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นการเดินทางของฉันที่แผนกต้อนรับกับคุณแซฟและการต้อนรับที่อบอุ่นและรอยยิ้มอย่างต่อเนื่องผ่านห้องกว้างและสะอาดพร้อมเฟอร์นิเจอร์ใหม่และสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกมากมาย การบริการที่ดีของแม่บ้าน Samy ผ่านผู้จัดการร้านอาหารที่สุภาพสนับสนุนและเป็นประโยชน์ที่สุด คุณ Taher และทีมมืออาชีพของเขาและจบลงที่แผนกต้อนรับอีกครั้งด้วย ”เจอกันใหม่” ที่อบอุ่นจาก Mr Abd AlRahman จากมุมมองของผม ยกเว้นว่าโรงแรมอยู่ไกลจาก “ฮาลาล” เป็นหนึ่งในโรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดในมะกกา

ผผู้เข้าพักโรงแรมนี้ยอดเยี่ยมมาก ฉันขอเตือนคุณว่ามันเป็น 3 ดาว และอยู่ห่างจากฮารัม 6 - 8 นาที เราจะไปถึงที่นั่นได้ใน 5!! ดังนั้นในราคานี้ถือว่าเยี่ยมมาก
พนักงานน่าพอใจมาก ฉันอยากจะขอบคุณสุภาพบุรุษที่ฉันลืมชื่อไปแล้ว (ขออภัย!!) และเหนือสิ่งอื่นใดคือผู้หญิงที่เป็นมืออาชีพและน่าอยู่มากซึ่งทำให้การต้อนรับเป็นที่น่าพอใจมาก ขอบคุณมากมาดามฮาลา (และขอบคุณสำหรับถ้วยที่คุณแม่มอบให้เป็นของที่ระลึก ขอให้พระเจ้าคุ้มครองทุกท่าน!
