Service was really good, but location is pretty noisy, which maybe the problem of whole city, breakfast was really delicious

Soundproofing is not great. Staff courteous and to the point, requests always dealt with swiftly. Pool with jacuzzi and nice little gym. Disco over the weekends. Both hotel Spanish restaurant and filling station can be ordered from room service.

We booked that hotel because of all the good reviews. What a disappointment. The rooms we booked was a queen bed and the bed was more a double than queen size, a detail, and the room was small but ok. However as the door is right beside the bed you can hear all the noise from people screaming at 2 am in the hallway. Top of that you got people in the above floor moving chairs table that don’t have pads wake you up. It was so bad that we couldn’t sleep and on the morning we decided to left, and we booked a way better and nicer hotel. We asked if they could at least refund one night, responds from the incredibly cold manager was no. We just left and for sure we will never book that hotel again. Would we recommend that hotel: Yes for the location and if you can handle noise. No there are better choices.

It was a nice hotel, the room was not small, convenient because it's near everywhere! I was grateful to have given a nice view of rockwell. It was really nice will definitely try again.

Clean with friendly staff. Good location for night life

The place is conveniently located near Burgos street, with lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. The room is spacious but simple, with a bood bad mattress but leaking air conditioner and a clogged shower. Even though I let the cleaners know about the issue, they didn't do anything to remedy the issue. But the most disappointing thing, and the reason why I would not recommend the place to anyone, is the lack of hospitality. During check-in, I was asked to pay the 3,000 pesos deposit. I asked them to let me in the room first, to leave my luggage, take a shower, and then I would go to look for an ATM. This is to me the common sense procedure (after a long and extenuating flight, one doesn't want to take the luggage and go through the tropical heat to look for a bank) and this is what I did at each of the hotels I booked in other parts of Asia. However, the receptionist did not agree to let me in without leaving the passport with him until paying the deposit. When a person has booked three nights and has paid over four times the value of the deposit, this lack of trust is deeply offensive.

Overall not bad, clean, staff very friendly and willing to help, giving 5 starts to every single employee working there! Breakfast, do not count on it, if you have an option don't even pay for it.

Nice hotel great price, hotel is on the older side with box window air condition which is on the noisy side, room is on the older side too needs to be updated too. Location was great, hotel food at restaurant blah - but service staff fantastic! Does suit budget travelers needs I personally would try other options just for myself.

This hotel is in the perfect location for those looking to enjoy what Makati has to offer. Right in the heart of the action, this hotel has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Excellent staff and a terrific hotel. Highly recommended.

Soap - the bars of soap provided were terrible and left you feeling very sticky, I went and bought my own Overall positive and felt like more of a 4 star than a 3 star I would say

The location is good for restaurants and bars, the staff were friendly and helpful and also helped me to rebook as i had mistakenly chosen the wrong dates. I would return to this hotel.

Expectations met. Had a great stay here. Everyone was very accommodating. Highly appreciate the housekeeping team for taking the initiative to clean the room on our second day without requesting to do so. Will surely recommend this hotel and comeback here! ❤️❤️❤️

House keeping or a staff member stole a silver bracelet from the nightstand and the hotel is not answering phone calls. Please avoid if you like keeping your belongings.
