Good room and facilities but wifi is garbage for a 4 star hotel and never works properly. Hotels should be banned from calling themselves 4 star hotels if all they do is make excuses and never fix it 2 star hotels have wifi that works fast but not this one that was disappointing as it’s expensive place

Room was not ready even if we arrived past 4PM. Heater was not functioning well so for amenities I would say it still needs more improvement, there are ashes on the bed which was kind of disappointing since we have waited in the lobby for quite some tome cause they said the room is still not ready yet. But the hotel did offer us a late checkout for the inconvenience. Hotel staff were friendly. If you are planning to book here I suggest you to choose City Garden Grand hotel instead, it is better compared to the regular one.

Facilities are good. Service only cleaned room if I place clean room tag on the door. Food was ok but overpriced for the quality.

Excellent hotel, I stay here on a regular basis and the staff are always helpful and accommodating.

The smell at the lobby is old. You can compare it like an old air conditioned bus. The room is not spacious. The air condition is not working well at first room that was given to us. We tried to call the 1st time then an engineer came , he just click a button then he said it will be fine. Hoursss have passed it did not went well. That’s why we called again and transferred to a new room that the AC is okay. Will not going back, I’ll choose the City Garden Grand next time. But thanks to the front desk and house keeping personnel who found my baby’s squid stuffed toy.

The Hotel itself has very nice Staff and Security. They have a Pool, Jacuzzi at the Rooftop and a Gym and Spa below the Rooftop. The Area around has a lot to offer too, for example in a Range of just 5min Walk is a lot of Fast Food available (McDo, BurgerKing and Jollibee) Even nice Restaurants are just 1 Street away (Filling Station and Cafe Cubana). Everything i asked for got resolved very fast and without any Problem. When i come back to Manila i will definitly visit again
