Soul Vacation Resort and Spa,Colva

Very good place to hangout with family and friends. I travelled Goa more than 10 no's, but this time, this property is very good. Positive points are:- 1) Staff behavior 2) Villa interior 3) On call services 4) Evening time warm water in Swimming pool 5).....................

Beautiful Property with lots of greenery, swimming pool, nice bar and Cafe, Chef Shareef ***** with Restaurant Staff Shubert, Regan, and Seby were fantastic with very good service. The beach is very close and walkable, I would love to visit again if i visit South Goa.

We have visited this property from 10 to 14 th April, 2024.The decor is wonderful, clean rooms, great property. I had a premium room booked, which was in a dark corner. Plenty of lizards outside the room... Making it scary every time we opened the room as in it would enter inside. Staff wasn't friendly and hospitable at all. Slow service, no complimentary drink. The bread for breakfast was truly pathetic, cold breakfast.... Two days we literally skipped the complimentary breakfast and ate out spending out of pocket. No one bothered if things were ok or not. Except for Jayson and Max, who were at the restaurant and bar in the evenings. They really are well ***nered and courteous. Will definitely not go again.

Stayed with family between 22-24 feb. The place has good exterior (for photo op). Rooms were pretty small, bathroom smallest than I’ve seen all over I’ve traveled so far. No place to dry wet clothes is a spoiler. Check in was smooth as we arrived around 18hrs..but on check out they were not flexible, as they said they r fully booked. Buffet breakfast was average, as it didn’t had much variety. Service in restaurant was good. Live omelette counter was a add on & was fair enough. We were told to keep our slippers in the room, (a weird request) else it can disappear. Resorts location was fantastic thought, For what we got, I think it was pretty expensive considering, we’d been to north goa & got great service there with good in house experience. Overall it was ok experience , good for 2 days.

I recently stayed at soul vacation Resort and was impressed by their outstanding hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. The food at the resort exceeded my expectations with a diverse menu and delicious flavors. Room service was prompt and efficient, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend soul vacation Resort for a delightful stay.

We had the most beautiful family reunion and in big part thank to Soul Vacation for their warm, welcoming and friendly staff. Definitely will recommend this property and visit again . It is a lovely homely and peaceful hotel. Just a stones throw from the beach . Taxis can be arranged to take you back and forth to north Goa.

This is a lovely, tucked away property that is a real gem. We were a small group and everyone found something that worked for them : The Kare Ayurveda spa, the palm surrounded pool, the beach a few minutes walk away. To top it all attentive and kind staff. This was our second visit and we will be back.

We booked this hotel seeing the pictures and overall pricing expecting it to be a good place for my family vacation. After we booked and paid, we were informed a day prior to check-in that the hotel, which is not sea facing and the only activity available was the pool Also had the pool dysfunctional and not available. (while I consider this as professional courtesy from staff as they informed us) We still decided to stay there as the time was too short for us to get another hotel. The room provided to us (Luxury) was decent till we found out it had a pest infestation issue with cockroaches. This was a nightmare with me and my family way beyond our worst expectations. The staff then sprayed some insecticide while we were out and to our horror, when we returned we saw almost a dozen dead or semi-dead cockroaches all over the room. The staff again tried to help and changed our room but to our dismay, the new room assigned has a very smelly washroom. It was the last night so we just decided to let go and checkout in peace. The stay was horrible and the ***agement seriously need to do something about maintaining their property. While the food was excellent and the staff tried their best by going out of their way to help. The property / rooms just not worth it considering the price. I would surely just say the ***agement needs to improve.

Please avoid this hotel. You will feel cheated and disappointed. We wanted a couple of hours early check-in since we had arrived early. The hotel was empty, but still they did not give us early check in. The reception staff totally unhelpful. What is a holiday without breakfast, Wi-fi, or swimming pool? We experienced all these in Soul Vacation. They had no breakfast spread in the dining hall. Instead, there were only sign cards mentioning the food items. You cannot see them, they are made to order! And when it comes from the kitchen, it is cold and limp, as if made and kept in advance. Some fruits and salads were kept on the table, but they were stale. The restaurant staff looked apologetic and embarrassed, but what can they do if their ***agement is poor? Your entire holiday mood gets spoilt when you can't even start your day with a decent breakfast. We tried it one day, next day we went out to a nearby restaurant and had breakfast. Other problems -- pool was being renovated (we received an email prior to the date of our journey, when it was too late), the room had insects, wi-fi didn't work properly, soaps and toiletries not provided readily, you have to ask for them. The staff looks nice, the problem seems to be with the ***agement -- or the lack of it! We moved out after two disappointing days, and checked into a very nice hotel nearby. We had selected Soul Vacation after reading good reviews, but they look fake. Our experience was totally opposite. I would never stay in Soul Vacation, and advise travellers to avoid this place.
