This hotel is excellent throughout. An amazing effort was made by all staff to make our stay special. The rooms are beautiful, and our room cleaner Bashar left us notes asking if there was anything else he could do. This is typical of the staff who were always willing to go that extra mile to make it a truly five star experience. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful experience. James & Emma

We were at Alila for a proposal that we planned for our lovely client who was their guest! We didn’t face any hurdle in the execution of their dream proposal and that is all thanks to Apoorva who is from their concierge team! She was there for us throughout the whole process and didn’t let us face any issue. She was only a call away and took care of every little detail.

It was my first ever experience staying at this property and at first I thought it would be like any other 5 star property but my experience was another level. The property is soooooo very good and super amazing. I was surprised to see that their cleaning staff comes two times a day to clean your room….the ambience Nd vibe of this report is super amazing and so cool and relaxing. If you want to spend time with your family or friends or even just want to come for a solo trip , it’s amazingly good….this resort is heavenly located…surrounded by all greenery…at times it would give you a Kerala vibe more than Goa….the property has got two infinity pools , some 4-5 restaurants with different cuisines but my favourite of all time was their Bistro cafe…just loved the vibe and food…..they have free drop and pick up service to one private beach near to this property….whichever crowd had come , 80% were either from Europe or somewhere outside India…..didn’t find any that kind of Indian crowd who makes lot of noise and talks too much 😀😀😀 nothing against such crowd but ya if you want a quiet or peaceful kinda place then this property is must must must experience one……I even extended my stay by 2 more days. Truly had amazing stay. I would rate 7 stars to this property. I would like to mention special thanks to staff - Mr Vittal , Ms Nazia, Mr Declan, Ms Astha, Mr Hi***shu, Mr Su***, Ms Apporva who made everything easy and comfortable. Kudos to your entire team and I would be looking forward to come back again.

This hotel is five star all round due to the amazing staff that invest their time and care into making sure your stay memorable and exceptional. The Spice Studio restaurant is the best food we have eaten in India on our three week stay. Ambika, ***ish and Chef Sooraj made the food experience amazing. Sou*** helped the breakfast experience and the gentle*** at the pool supported our comfort each day. A remarkable team working to make every guest feel welcome and noticed. Well done.

Stay was great. Good hospitality, nice property, delicious food and beautiful rooms. Staff was very helpful and cooperative especially Ms. Velecia Fernandes. Her daily updates and calls made us feel home. Overall execllent experience

We stayed for 3 nights. Overall, the stay was good . The Vivo restaurant was pretty good. The breakfast quality was also excellent. The pick-up and drop service from the airport was very helpful and smooth. However there are certain areas which need improvement. The cocktails in the pool side bar as well as the main bar were not upto the mark. Also, the food options therein were very limited particularly for vegetarians. Despite being green, the premises look somewhat monotonous. A dash of colours with some colourful flowers may do the trick (in my opinion).

Fabulous hotel, with an Infinity pool that had a beautiful view over the paddy field. The hotel grounds is beautiful. Our standard room overlooking the garden was a good size and beautiful decorated. Bed was very comfortable. Buffet breakfast and Dinner was delicious and so much choice Service is more than you could wish for, with a special thank you to Soumen, Keyi and Martha who always willing to go that extra mile.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff (shout out to Collin, thanks for loan of your bird book, for pointing out the wildlife, I very much enjoyed your company), incredible location and food (also lots great restaraunts in walking distance), great service, amazing wildlife and culture. A brilliant holiday.
