Новые апартаменты, у нас были 2 спальни и гостиная, везде есть кондиционеры. Чистое белье. Есть все необходимое: холодильник, плита, микроволновая печь, стиральная и посудомоечная машина, посуда. Местоположение прям центр, все есть вокруг, до пляжа близко. Очень приветливая женщина на ресепшен, все рассказала и объяснила. Дали кучу полотенец и пледов. Заселили в 12 и спокойно дали выехать около 13. Вот чуть бы улучшить уборку, и было бы 5из5 (хотя было видно, что пол протерли), ну и подставки под зубные щетки я бы купил поприличней

Luxury apar**ent was a great place to stay. Staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Room is very spacious, with all basic needs and clean! We had a great experience staying there. Thanks you!

Stayed for3 night with friends, and the apar**ent was very spacious and modern. love the big kitchen, Christine on the reception was amazing catered to our every needs.. she is an asset the apar**ent, and was super nice of her to give us late checkout

Really well located, not far away from the beach and in the same area you have restaurants, shops, market, A**, pharmacy etc. Basically all you need. The 2 bedroom apar**ent I've booked was big, super clean, nicely designed with a full fitted kitchen. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The staff is super professional, welcoming, nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this place, and if I would ever come back in Mahe, I will for sure book another apar**ent here.

Beautiful and comfortable apar**ent. Comfortable kitchen. Large bathroom. Very clean. Daily cleaning. There is a grocery store on the first floor. Christina, the owner of the apar**ent, is very friendly. She helped us with the transfer from the airport and back. The neighborhood where the apar**ents are located is very convenient. Near stores, market, in 3 is a bus stop. The beach is clean, the best. On the beach there are small cafes where you can rent kayaks. We will come back here again. Thank you.

I have stay in ARC Suites in November 2023. The hotel is very modern new and well maintain. It is situated near restaurants, pharmacy, hospital and just down the building is a very nice café with amazing food. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk. The rooms are very spacious and have an operational kitchen with all modern and new appliances. I really also want to thank very much to Christine the manager and Chloé who were was extremely nice and accommodating. Christine called me early morning the day I was supposed to travel to Seychelles and told me that the driver she send to pick me up at the airport was informed that the flight was cancelled. My flight was rescheduled for the following day and Christine made sure I still have my room at no extra cost. Chloé was extremely welcoming and helpful and assisted me in booking tours and taxis. There are really many places to stay in Mahé but ARC Royales Suites remain outstanding when it comes to location, cleanliness and customer care.

We liked the location, South of the island. 20 minutes away from the airport and within acceptable distance from many nice beaches around. The property is very quiet, clean, and has all amenities one would expect for a short or even long stay (kitchen, washing machine, etc...). The studio could accommodate an extra folding bed for one child as well as a cot. Christine who is charge went above and beyond our expectations to provide an u**ost level of service that surely surpasses that of 5 star resorts on the island... Impeccable in many aspects! Finally, there is a nice little café downstairs for one's breakfast or lunch and the prices are fairly good for the high quality of the food! The internet is unfortunately rather slow but I guess it's all over the Seychelles. You will need to have your own car if you want to enjoy the island to its fullest. However, there is a beach 5 minutes away by walk...

Magnificent apar**ent, very spacious, quiet and very clean , modern and well equipped. Near a pretty beach where we snorkeled. Friendly team especially Christine who helped us with her advice recommended for a family
