Nice old quaint hotel. Parking is about €14 a day. Breakfast nothing to shout about for the cost. Nice front desk ladies. Right outside beaune centre and a huge hypermart 2mins walk away. No kettle, no fridge.

Just on the outskirts of the old town, Hotel de la Poste is a lovely place to stay. We booked parking in advance to make sure we had space in the small car park (20 Euro per night), but there are public spaces not too far away. The staff were very friendly at check in. We had a junior suite, which was spacious, quiet and stylish. The bed was massive and comfortable, and the sleep quality was high. The shower was not particularly hot or powerful, but the bathroom was spacious and nicely designed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this chic hotel and would definitely stay agin.

I stayed here 30 years ago and remember it fondly. It hasn’t aged well. The facilities look tired and the service was inconsistent and rather perfunctory. Pleasant, but simply not that helpful. The breakfast room and food quality are not good. One gets the impression that they are either trying to cut corners or simply can’t hire enough appropriately trained staff.

This hotel is well positioned, in the middle of town - perfect for going into town. It's decor is old fashioned but in really good condition and a delight. Indoor parking. A great breakfast. Good service by the staff. Would happily stay there again.

We loved this hotel. The decor was wonderful, the staff was very competent and friendly, and the room was comfortable. We enjoyed the location - close to the city center, but still easy to park and walk everywhere. Even though it was on a busy street, the windows were solid and blocked the street noise. The breakfasts were delicious. I look forward to returning to Beaune again.

We stayed for three nights and had exceptional service from all the staff from booking through to checkout. I'd make a special mention for the reception staff who went out of their way to make sure our stay was memorable. Our room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was excellent. The main town of Beaune is literally across the road with its brasseries bistros and wine bars

We had a one night stop when heading South - like so many do. I booked via *********** - mistake. If you book direct the hotel will reserve you a parking space (& they have EV points too). Because I didn’t I was told a space would only be available if there was one on the day. There was fortunately. We had a good sized double room overlooking the back - and unusually the rear view is ok! Very brown decor and it all really needs updating, but the bed was comfy, and it was only for one night. The hotel restaurant - one of the main reason for booking this hotel was ‘unexpectedly shut’ that night. No reason given. They had reserved us a table at 21 Boulevard which was absolutely amazing - perhaps a lucky break. We met an old friend for drinks outside the hotel and getting a bottle of fizz wasn’t easy - the fridge was locked, the guy was tee-total so didn’t know anything about fizz and so on. Anyway we sorted it. Breakfast the next morning was lovely. Room cost €213. Not bad value. Probably best avoided as there are other options.

Delightful, clean, quiet. Room was spacious and charming. The staff were courteous and helpful. Near old section of town and convenient to shopping. Excellent dinner. Parking is a bit limited but otherwise our stay was seamless. Would go back.
