This property is in a fantastic location within walking distance to many of the key sites in Madrid. The host is excellent with great communication skills and very responsive. We stayed for 4 nights in Madrid and the apar**ent met all of our needs. Refurbished to a modern standard and with great ammenities including coffee machine and washing machine. Highly recommend.

Excellent location, very clean, but the best was the host, very helpful and friendly. We arrived early and allowed us to check in, they also left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy, anything we would ask, they would promptly answer with great ideas and solutions. Don't think about it, just get it!!!

Très bel appartement confortable, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, 2 WC., cuisine, salon, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle. Le seul bémol : une comptabilité des pastilles du lave-linge draconienne qui empêche de faire plus d'un certain nombre de vaisselles. Le quartier est correct mais juste en face de l'immeuble se tient une "armée du salut" où quotidiennement, le soir, des personnes font la queue pour un repas. Mais ce n'est en rien gênant.

Salle de bain inexistante, lavabo dans les toilettes , douche dans la chambre ... La vaisselle est un peu juste 4 couteaux, 4 bols ... Obligeant à faire la vaisselle tous les 2 jours quand on est 2 mais pas de torchon ! Pas de grill pain. Par contre très bien situé et calme ( si les voisins le sont)

Bel appartement très bien équipé très propre au calme mais très proche du centre nous avons passé 3 nuits c était vraiment génial nous avons tout fait à pied. Le monsieur qui s occupe des appartements est très sympathique et très réactif à nos demande. Je recommande cet appartement
