recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Palacio de los Duques in Madrid, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I entered the magnificent palace-like building, I was captivated by the grandeur and elegance that surrounded me. The hotel's location in the heart of Madrid's historic center is perfect for exploring the city's attractions. Many iconic landmarks, such as the Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor, are within walking distance, making it convenient for sightseeing enthusiasts like me. The staff at Palacio de los Duques Madrid truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. 漂亮的酒店，熱情周到的服務人員，好吃的早餐，很棒的位置，去馬德里王宮、太陽門、甚至麗池公園都在步行範圍內，租車公司在西班牙廣場地下車庫有門店，過去提車步行也衹有500米，一切都很完美，值得再回來。那天去頂樓游泳池，意外碰到一位普通話勝過我的老外帥哥服務員😄，餐廳也有一位中國女孩，熱情幹練；如果價格能接受，就沒有什麼可糾結的

各方面都挺好，地理位置距離皇宮不遠，但是沒有感覺到酒店有“爵爺”家的風貌，不是那麼特別。如果為了地理位置可以入住，如果為了體驗特別的酒店，這家沒有十分突出。

酒店大環境很好，大堂、餐廳、花園都裝修典雅細緻，但是房間對於一家三口出行的我們來説略顯擁擠，房間設施也一般。最喜歡的是餐廳，有室內和室外兩個，餐廳環境和食物都很高質量。另外位置很好，離老城區主要景點（馬德里皇宮、太陽門廣場、西班牙廣場）都很近，步行十分鐘，但是開車的要注意了，這是老城區限行區域。服務很好，服務員都很熱情友好。

酒店的位置非常好，餐廳多，離馬德里皇宮5分鐘。後面的巷子貌似唐人街，有中國超市和餐廳。服務也不錯，早餐吃了四天，孩子很喜歡點的Turros西班牙油條。

歐洲酒店懂的都懂房間相對來説還是很小，但是酒店服務不錯，去到各個地方也很方便

房間不錯，環境很好，但上午就到了，拖到下午近五點才收拾好房間入住，而且是方便殘疾人的房間，淋浴沒有格擋，使用後洗手間到處是水。

充滿貴族氣息的酒店

Great location and excellent staff but room was dated and amenities were limited (didn't even provide water) for the price we paid. Carpet also looked like it could use a food cleaning. We also got an accessible room even though we didn't ask for one. Quite disappointed.
