非常乾淨整潔，最主要接機服務很貼心，贊👍🏻

My sister and I stayed here for 2 nights for 3 reasons: the low price per night, close proximity to the Madrid airport & free shuttle service to the airport & the good reviews posted about this hotel. I am, however, giving it a pretty poor rating because of the following. We had 2 lg suitcases each with additional carryon bags, & with no elevator to our floor/room, we had to lug them upstairs ourselves. I guess an elevator is not a problem if you only have a few or small luggage to carry on your own upstairs. The male and female staff during the day were not very friendly & pretty much did not want to be bothered with our questions. We got separate rooms as we both snore, yet the walls are paper thin, & we could hear each other snoring next door as well as people talking loudly in their rooms across the hall. Room & bath not bad but shower is way too small & 1 can barely turn around in it. Our shuttle to airport was to leave at 7:00 am yet the driver did not show up till after 7:00, did not assist any of us (4 in the van) with getting our luggage into or out of the van & dropped us off at the "arrival" section of the airport instead of the "departure" section causing us to have to walk a long way to get to the area to check into our flight & luggage drop off. Next time we make this trip we will find a different hotel close to the airport to stay in.

We chose this hotel as it provided free airport shuttle which saved us quite a few euros in taxis. One review said the staff were rude! I strongly disagree with this and found the ones we came into contact with very helpful. Special mention to the lovely man who took us to the airport at 4am. The hotel was very clean but basic but for about 68 euros a night what do people expect especially in Madrid. There was a nice square nearby with a few restaurants and bars and we had a nice meal. It is also within walking distance of the main street with lots of little quaint shops and a supermarket. We bought iced coffees and snacks to have the following morning as we were not sure if anywhere would be open at the airport. As it so happened we were right as cafes did not start opening until 7am in terminal 2. Maybe different in other terminals. All things considered I would certainly use them again for a layover.

Stayed at Hostel Viky for a layover with late arrival in Madrid. Close to the airport and they provide a free shuttle but it would be also possible to go by public transport. Clean room and private bathroom. Close to restaurants/cafés, banks/A**s. Just what I needed for my layover - would recommend.

Stayed here to catch an early flight. Arrived at Madrid Airport and rang reception to order the shuttle bus, told them where I was located. The woman on the phone was roaring and shouting SO LOUDLY at me because I could not understand where she said the shuttle bus stop was located. There was no information on their website where to get the shuttle bus from either. Ended up paying 20 euro in a taxi to Hostal Vicky because the woman at reception was extremely rude and unhelpful because I couldn’t understand her.

July 19, 2021 at 7pm. I call from the airport to be picked up. 45 minutes later no shuttle. I call back and the person at the reception desk pretends to have been there, accuses me of wasting her time and hangs up on me! Conclusion: 1) I have to take a cab 2) if you choose this hotel for the shuttle, go the other way. 19 juillet 2021 à 19h. Je téléphone depuis l'aéroport pour que l'on vienne me chercher. 45 minutes après pas de navette. Je rappelle et la personne de la réception prétend qu'elle est passée, m'accuse de lui faire perdre son temps et...me raccroche au nez ! Conclusion : 1) je dois prendre un taxi 2) si vous choisissez cet hôtel pour la navette, passez votre chemin.

What a terrible night we spent there. We chose it for a quick stopover night because it's near the airport and has a convinient transfer service from/to it. What a mistake it was! We were lodged in the building they have across the street and we couldn't sleep for much of the night. There was some continuous noise comming from upstairs. I assume it was the air con machine on top of the building. It kept going on and off all night with a loud bang every time it went on and then off. The time in between it was a continuous loud buzz. It took us more than a while to get to sleep something even if we were wearing earplugs. Besides that, noisy people dragging their bags along the corridor until like 2 a.m. Nasty recepcionist at checkin. Nice French guy at checkout. Would not recommend if you need some rest.

Lo bueno del hostal es la ubicación, el hostal está limpio, sencillo y bien. Pero Que ubiquen en segunda planta a personas mayores… y no ofrezcan ayuda pues es un mal detalle. Está bien que esté céntrico el hostal pero que no expliquen los servicios con los q cuenta el pueblo, bares supermercados… no todo el mundo se maneja bien con las tecnologías, no está de más ser amable y enseñar al que no sabe. Está bien el servicio de recogida/entrega en el aeropuerto, el “pero” y para mi detalle importante es el trato prestado. Fue malo, desagradable, si hay un mal día lo dices y la gente lo entenderá pero el trato no fue correcto. Parece que molestas como cliente.

Ho trovato capelli per terra, l'ho detto nella reception e mi hanno detto che avevano ripulito ma che non avevano trovato dei capelli. Allora il mio consiglio: un paio di occhiali. Odore cattivo, tipo cherosene, fogna Attenzione del personale scarsa. Pulizia molto deficiente. Buona la posizione. Buona temperatura della stanza e dell'acqua calda
