A very good, well-located flat for a family stay for a few days. A few things (not uncommon in rentals) would have helped: coathooks in the hall/common area, a microwave in the kitchenette (surprised there wasn't one), and (luxury touch?) a small pod coffee machine (common in hotels these days). Friendly, helpful reception staff and good bagge storage. Recommend this place.

Great location near Grand Via and very clean. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was spacious. Could use a coffee maker and microwave.

The location of the apartment is very strategic. Just few minutes away from Gran Via metro and Madrid shopping areas. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. The location is behind the major street so it is not noisy. Apartment is very clean and spacious. We were there after Christmas until New Year and highly recommend the place for family. We are 2 adults with 2 kids.

I did not like the apartment it self very small , bathroom very small , sofa bed in very bad shape the rest I would say just very simple

Property was in a great location walkable to many areas of Madrid. Unit was just how it was portrayed in the pictures. The only negative was the sofa bed in the living area, it was very old and the mattress was falling through. Not recommended at all for anyone to sleep on sofa bed. So plan to just use the 2 bedrooms unless they change the sofa bed.
Other than that, all was great.

The apartment doesn't have the regular front desk like other hotel, instead, it has just a small table in the empty lobby with one person for check-in/out. The apartment is clean, but doesn't have a kettle for boiling water. I used a pot found in one of the drawer in the kitchen for boiling hot water. The two twin size beds have only bed sheet, don't have Quilt, I asked staff to put quilt for the twin beds and was told that twin bed is not suppose to have a quilt, only double bed has. So we had to use the brown blanket found in the closet to keep us warm at night.

Great location for a first time visitor to Madrid. Walkable to all shopping & much sightseeing. The property was nice & secure, but had minor maintenance issues.. La Austriaca coffee shop on San Onofre (next to the property) was really great!
