Aspasios Atocha Apartments

This is apartment has an easy check-in process through a touch screen monitor where you can scan your passport easily and get the access card right away too. We stayed on the 3rd floor, apartment A with 2 bedrooms. There's 1 elevator that goes up and its not busy at all. The apartment has a full kitchen with with ref, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a "nespresso" type coffee machine too with capsules included. there's also a washer but no dryer. Instructions are in spanish so you can just google for the english manual. This apartment is very clean, comfortable and modern. It is centrally located, within walking distance to the atocha train station, a metro station, groceries, restaurants and several museums. We stayed almost a week here and when we ran out of soaps, shampoo and coffee capsules, we just texted the contact and these supplies were replenished the next day. The only negative thing i need to mention is that during our last 3 days there, when we arrived past 7pm, we saw different people hanging out outside the entrance to the apartments where the garage entrance is located. We noticed one appeared to be injecting himself. Dont know if he was doing *****. He also had cardboards layed out and blankets. We were scared so we rushed inside quickly. This is something that they should definitely address. They don't have a 24/7 person manning the desk, so I guess this is not noticed by the apartment personnel.

Stayed one night. Checkin pretty straightforward as instructions sent via *********** app, Self check in with booking code, scan of passport on check in machine required. Lift to apartments and apartment number shown when you check in and electronic card issued. Only issue we had was opening apartment door but we found a cleaner who showed us then we had no problems. Nice apartment with a/c, kitchen and lounge. Bed comfortable as was while apartment. All good and highly recommended

We booked the apartment through Aspasios' website for a short 3-day trip to Madrid with my wife and my two kids. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable, and well equipped. Aspasios’ staff was nice and always available to help us by phone or email. The apartment is located in the heart of Madrid's Golden Triangle: El Prado, the Reina Sofia, and the Thyssen museums are each a few-minute stroll from it. We arrived by train, and it took us 10 minutes to get to the apartment. We never took public transport during our stay, and we were able to just walk around Madrid’s city center. It exceeded our expectations and we will definitely go back!

Excelentes apartamentos, muy cómodos limpios y completos para tener una buena estadía. La ubicación es muy buena ya que se llega caminando desde la terminal de trenes de Atocha y a dos cuadras tienen estación de Metro. Sabanas y toallas muy limpias. La limpieza del apartamento muy buena en todo sentido. El único gran inconveniente (por eso no le doy 5 puntos) es que no existe insonorización entre los apartamentos. Se escucha todo lo que ocurre en los apartamentos contiguos. Es una lástima porque le quita ambiente de tranquilidad

Estuve dos noches en este lugar y la verdad es que todo se arruinó cuando al ducharme se acabó el agua caliente. Tienen un sistema eléctrico y simplemente no había más agua, bañarse con agua fría durante el invierno en Madrid, no es un chiste. La única solución era que tenía que esperar entre una hora y hora y media para que se calentara el agua. No pueden fallar en aspectos tan básicos. Por el precio, ese problema es un escándalo

Posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro, vicinissimo al Museo del Prado e a 25 minuti dall'aeroporto Barajas. Procedura di check in efficientissima ed intuitiva. Tutte le informazioni necessarie per la presa di possesso dell'appartamento e per il check in e out sull'app dedicata. Pagamento con pos nella reception della struttura. Possibilità di duplicato chiavi veloce e molto facile. Pulizia dell'appartamento buona, equipaggiamento della cucina perfetto. Dotazione di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari : lavatrice, lavastoviglie, tv, ferro da stiro, microonde e forno. Stoviglie e pentole. Appartamento molto confortevole e funzionale. Prezzo in linea con il servizio. Descrizione sul sito e realtà perfettamente corrispondenti. Lo consiglio!

Nos hospedamos en Septiembre 23 por 3 noches, el ultimo dia fuimos a Toledo a pasar todo el dia. El personal del hotel marco sin parar (por suerte habia contratado un plan con datos) a mi telefono, yo no tenia buena recepcion mientras estaba en el tour tratando de disfrutar mis vacaciones, acto seguido me escriben por whatsapp para “amanezarme” y decirme que iban a cobrarme adicional porque YA HABIAN ENTRADO Y mis cosas seguian ahi. Les dije que mi reservacion era por una noches mas, a lo que sin pensar contestaron “NO” y que tenian una reserva de otra persona para esa noche. Yo ni siquiera estaba en Madrid, no podia ir a sacar mi cosas, el miedo mas grande que alguien puede tener en unas vacaciones, hacer una reservacion mal y quedarse sin donde dormir. Voy a la reservacion Y YO TENIA RAZON!!! TENIA RESERVADO POR UNA NOCHE ADICIONAL!!! COMO ES POSIBLE QUE SEA MAS FACIL ATERRORIZAR A UN HUESPED QUE CHECAR BIEN LAS RESERVACIONES!!! Es a lo que se dedican!!!!! Es ridiculo!!! MANDARON A ALGUIEN A LA HABITACION ENTRARON SIN CONSENTIMIENTO!! Y si yo no hubiera tenido datos, que!!? Sacan mis cosas de la habitacion!? Parece que se dieron cuenta de su error hasta que yo mande la captura de pantalla! Una verguenza!!!

Nos alojamos en aspasios atocha 3 personas, durante 3 noches. Apartamento muy limpio, y luminoso. Cuenta con utensilios y electrodomésticos más que adecuados para una estancia comoda. Las camas espaciosas con almohadas y colchones mullidos. La localización es excelente, muy bien situado cerca de la estación de tren. Muy bien comunicado vía metro, bus o incluso caminando. Es la segunda vez que estamos aquí y seguro repetiremos cuando volvamos a Madrid. Gracias
