The staff was very kind and courteous. The breakfast was ok. I did not get there until 8;30. I think it may have been better earlier.

The staff that checked us in was polite and courteous. The breakfast staff was kind and warm. The breakfast food was ok for a free fast breakfast. I liked the little omlets.

Place needs updating. Carpet is dirty and walks need painting. Expensive foe an quick overnight. Would not recommend.

This property is probably the best choice for those attending events at the Gateway Convention Center. It is clean, safe and well maintained and the clientele seem well behaved. Unfortunately the nearby restaurants are mediocre at best.
The quality of the breakfast is not as good as other comparable hotels even within the same chain. The orange juice was the high point. The eggs and sausage were barely warm and there was no oatmeal. Coffee wasn't very good. When I saw the same situation on the second day I went to Waffle House and paid for a better breakfast.
Also, the pandemic is over and it's time to reinstate daily maid service, especially fresh towels and empty the wastebasket.

Torn curtain. Shower/bathtub was very slow to drain. Dusty and smell irritated our throats.

The hotel was just ok. It is dated and is in need of refurbishment through out. I most likely would not stay here again. On a good note. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

Pool closed and no breakfast when it was still within breakfast time. Room was dirty and smelled. Elevators license is expired.

We got there and the room was double booked, the pool was closed, the rooms bathroom had a musty smell that was awful we had to leave the vent running to try and get rid of it, that did not work.
The lady at the front desk was very helpful with everything we brought to her attention.
