Pointhouse Suites on Sargeant Bay

Beautiful property, delicious breakfasts, comfortable bed, and rooms with stunning views. Great location to explore the Sunshine Coast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ada had great recommendations of things to explore in the area and ensured we had everything we could need for our week-long stay. Highly recommend!

I stayed in the Islets Suite with a sweeping view of stunning coastal landscape, this retreat offers breathtaking ocean views, rocky cliffs, and playful seals just outside. Hosts Bob and Heather extend warm hospitality, making you feel right at home and a delicious breakfast. Falling asleep to the sound of ocean waves is just one of the many highlights of a stay here. PointHouse Suites is a perfect base for exploring the wonders of the Sunshine Coast or just relax in this beautiful place. The Sunshine Coast is an easy drive from Vancouver but such a wonderful place to visit. Don’t hesitate to stay here and stay awhile it’s worth it!

We stayed in one of the Islet Suites. The suite was impeccable- spotless, well equipped, modern and sleek, but with personality, Most importantly….the view is AMAZING! You wake up looking out into Sargeant Bay where there are playful seals and curious otters bobbing about. We were mesmerized by the view…but add to that, the gourmet breakfast that is tailored to your needs, all while looking out on that incredible view….it is unprecedented! We felt pampered and lucky to have found this rare gem. Stay here!! You won’t regret it!!

My wife and I came to the pointhouse suite for a little relaxing getaway for the weekend. This property is absolutely incredible. Everything is 5 star. The views are 2nd to none. The room was extremely clean and well decorated and modern. One of the best hottubs I've ever had overlooking the ocean. The eagles were screeching above us... and the seals were barking in the bay. It was very relaxing with the sounds of the ocean from the room. Heather and Bob were extremely pleasant, and the breakfasts were delicious, especially the pancakes! I posted some videos to my friends while we were staying and everyone was asking "where are you? That place looks incredible." Highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle. We will be coming back for sure!

I took my wife here for a surprise birthday getaway and it was perfect. We stayed in the Aerie and I was little worried about privacy with the pictures I saw online but the landscape and the trees make it feel like you are the only ones there. There are beautiful views of the water from the patio and the private hot tub. The place was great for the two of us but could certainly accommodate another couple or kids. The aerie came stocked with games, movies and streaming services. The kitchen had all the tools you may need to make a five star meal. I had a few questions prior to our visit and they were they were answered so quickly through email. We cant wait to go back.

We stayed at the Aerie cottage for a weekend in October. We loved our stay! The place was lovely set in the forest with a peek a boo ocean view. The floor to ceiling windows were dramatic looking out into the peaceful forest. The kitchen was very well equipped and we loved the ensuite bathroom. We were sorry to leave and definitely plan on a return visit!

My partner and I went to Pointhouse for our elopement, and I wouldn't have changed a thing. It was the most stunning location, right next to the water and within the trees, and the Aerie guesthouse was one of the nicest homes I've ever stayed in. Heather was so helpful and accommodating, and when we asked to bring five family members with us, she helped us to do this smoothly. Everything that was arranged was incredible - the cake, champagne, dinner; the wedding vendors; it was all amazing.

The English language does not contain the words to adequately describe the splendour and wonder that is the Pointhouse Suites on Sergeant Bay. My wife and I were looking for a beautiful place to "get away from it all" for our 40th anniversary. We came upon the Pointhouse online and had a hard time believing a place existed that could actually look like the photos on the website, but the Penthouse even exceeds its photos. The destination at the end of a meandering, forested access road and perched atop rocks overlooking a lovely bay is magical and enchanting in every way. The cottages and main house are mesmerising in their architecture, design and craftsmanship. The grounds are lush, natural and with views of water and rocks everywhere you stand. The structures merge into and become part of the natural setting. Innkeepers Bob and Heather have thoughtfully created every detail from the connecting forest trails to the the glass views, to the European doors that slide wide open to your deck overlooking the sea, which, by the way, you can view from your luxurious bed. The finishes and furnishings are high-end, modern and stylish. The rain shower and tub are spa-like and invigorating. Heather and Bob will welcome and care for you as special, valued guests, and Heather's hand-crafted breakfasts are unique and delicious works of art. Needless to say this was a wondrous destination in a wondrous part of the world.

What a fantastic B & B! Heather & Bob were great hosts. The location is right on the water providing you with great views from your bed and/or patio. Breakfast was amazing! We can't recommend this property enough. Brent & Lisa
