Friendly staff and super clean rooms, recently remodeled and looking good

The staff was very nice. However, the noise in the hallway late at night was ridiculous. Someone or maybe more was very loud for about 10 minutes until another person yelled at them. We think they left or went inside their room.
The bed was okay - not comfortable as most hotels we have stayed at - I think it may have been memory foam or something. Breakfast was so-so and the coffee taste like coffee grounds that had already been used a few times.

This was a great place to stay when traveling as a family! The room was huge! Average bathroom. Everything was updated and looked very clean except the ice bucket had a bag of water already in it. We had a double bed room that also had a large tv, a chaise lounger, a bench with storage, fridge, and another bench for luggage/sitting. Felt great to stretch out after a day of travel. Pool looked nice, breakfast was good but it closed at 9, earlier than some places. Also has a little conscience store inside.

Excellent place to stay.. everything from the the place to the customer service was great. Room is clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here anytime in future.

The hotel was very clean and visually appealing. The rooms were nicely updated with modern furniture and technology. The included breakfast was good and appreciated. The front desk areas was very busy for only one employee but she hassled it very well, was very kind and efficient. I would definitely stay there again if passing through.

The hotel was very recently renovated, and the renovations were great. It was my first time at this brand hotel and I was impressed with how it looked. Everything was fresh and new. The AC unit looked like it was from before the renovation but it seemed to work ok. We didnt eat breakfast there so I can't speak to how that was. We were there for one night and were contemplating a 2nd night (we decided last minute to go to the Atlanta Nascar race) but we decided to move on to a different hotel. The mattress in this room was awful. Even my husband, who prefers firmer mattresses, couldn't sleep on this slab of concrete. Neither of us are fans of foam mattresses and that is what we had. I would absolutely stay here again if the mattresses were changed out.

The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and hotel somewhat updated. A couple of things that lowered our rating was first, the room was very warm. The AC was set to 60 F but could not handle cooling down the room. It was difficult to sleep. Second, the all inclusive breakfast was horrible. Powdered eggs, no meat option, the juice was coolaid and everything was made of Styrofoam. Not environmentally friendly. Probably would not stay here again.

Second time staying here in a week for a trip to/from Florida. Great place to stay and very clean as it has been renovated. Rooms are nicely decorated. Only thing to suggest is to add more hooks or towel holders for your towels and clothing in the bathroom. Front desk staff were very nice. Piano music playing as you walk in to lobby, which is very welcoming. Will stay here again should we take another road trip to Florida!
