We enjoyed our overnight stay at the Mandarin Motel at Macksville. Meiling and Jason were lovely and very accommodating.
Our room was very clean and quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was nice and hot.
We enjoyed the breakfast we ordered, which was delivered to our room at the time we requested.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return again on our halfway stopover when traveling to and from Sydney.

For a country Motel, it would be hard pressed to find better. Service was excellent, rooms were big and clean. All you need really

The size of our room was very generous. The beds were soft and comfortable. We could walk to a number of restaurants. Undercover parking was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was very large. Furnishings are a little dated and do not look like the picture.
Bed was extremely comfortable.

If we were to think of checking the bed before paying. We would have left the motel. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, the mattress has no support. One of us have to sleep on the couch so that we both could get a least some sleep. The bed linen was giving me the itch after two minutes laying in it. We also found moulds in between the grout inside the shower. I am not sure why other give a 5 star reviews of cleanliness. About 1cm thickness of dust build up on the ceiling exhaust fan and dusty side table lamps. For $170 per night. You tell me if it is worth staying?

Loved the spa and nice size room. Television was very small would have enjoyed a few luxuries like biscuits with a cup of tea. No dinning option in the motel. No menus from local places would have been nice to be able to get delivery to the motel. Pricey. However the owners/managers were very nice.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and spacious. We have stayed here a number of times and will be coming back.
