ห้องพักน่าทึ่งมาก! สระว่ายน้ำเพียบ! การเข้าถึง Dead Sea แบบส่วนตัว วิวสวย โดยเฉพาะช่วงพระอาทิตย์ตก อาหารเช้าก็ดี หลากหลายพอสมควร

Dead Sea has lost a lot of tourist arrivals after the war in Israel started. Anyway upon check in, the staff kindly upgraded our room to a Premium room with pool view. 2nd floor was fine as we did not need to have a sea view. The resort is so huge, so walking around can take some time, or you can call reception for the buggy to pick you up. The next morning, we were amazed by the buffet spread at breakfast, from freshly baked pastries to eggs to Middle eastern side dishes. There was even sparkling wine wow! The view from the breakfast place was lovely, we could see the circular swimming pool and the Dead Sea in the background. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it had the fresh paint smell as it was recently renovated. The bathtub and shower were good, plus the amenities were special as they were made using Dead sea minerals. Of course a visit to the Dead Sea is incomplete without visiting the sea itself, we had a great time by the beach. The staff gave us instructions on how to soak in the Dead Sea and also helped me to slather mud on my body. The additional massage on my neck and shoulder areas was really good. We had so much fun here and took many great photos!

Unfortunately didn't get to stay here due to Last minute flight cancellations and due to some error my cancellation request didn't go through. Asked the hotel to offer some goodwill for a refund and they flatly refused without any discussion whatsoever. NOT five star service and a disappointng response as I imagine there are not close to full occupancy nowadays and could do with some customer loyalty. A real shame. Consider staying at the other nearby hotels instead.

Extradinary services, best in that hotel area

We spent one night in Kempinski Ishtar the outcome wasn't so great. We won't get back. The service and staff are not very friendly and the food is mediocre. We already put a review with more details on Google. I won't recommand this hotel to my friends or relatives.

完美的入住體驗，弧形無邊泳池和死海相連景色絕佳，酒店私人沙灘可以直接在死海漂浮，並備好了死海泥可以塗抹，房間有觀景陽台，早餐很豐盛，除了入住時需要排隊，一切都無可挑剔。

第一次碰到訂了雙床房卻不讓一家人住，必須再訂個房間或者升級成家庭套房，一般都是加一個人的費用就行，無語了，再花了一分錢升級成了一個沒有海景的家庭套房，體驗感不行。總體也勉勉強強，**海私屬海灘的路也沒有標識，也找不到工作人員問。早餐也很一般，也許是不適合中國人的胃。

貼心又熱心的服務 加上無邊的泳池 很開心滿意的一次體驗

九月去的約旦，第一晚就是住在死海邊，在幾家國際酒店裡，最後選定了凱賓斯基。環境超讚，早晚的自助餐很豐富。特別喜歡黃昏時候，在酒店高處看日落，對岸就是耶路撒冷，一海之隔。酒店內是那種錯層似的排布，酒店大堂在最上邊，到房間需要一層層往下走。有一條小道能直接通往死海邊，在酒店區域內就可以感受死海漂浮。酒店內的綠化很好，種滿了三角梅，棕櫚樹，還有很多叫不上名字的熱帶綠植。早起不太熱的時候去用餐，建議到户外那個平台上，偶爾會看到鳥兒飛來搶食，整個感覺特安靜。

Красивый большой отель. Есть выход к своему пляжу, где также можно намазаться грязью) много бассейнов. Еда на буфете очень вкусная, первый раз встречаю такую станцию десертов на шведском столе - все красиво и безумно вкусно! (На ужине) Не понравились подушки в номере, на следующий день болели и шея, и голова. Но вроде есть меню подушек( останавливалась на одну ночь и меню не воспользовалась)
