Thy provided me no bog roll the shower had ingress around the side likenitbwas not washed there where crumbs and bits of choclates left and the coffe machine did nit work which was very upsetting

Really good value, great location. Very comfortable and accommodation. I booked a late check out, which I could use when it came time to leave. The property refunded me the extra fee with out me even asking. I would highly recommend Sweet Suites

Fantastic place to stay. Spotlessly clean and some nice touches such as complementary teas, coffe's sweets, fruit, milk and water. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The trawl boat Inn (Wetherspoons) can come highly recommended, nice ales and breakfast in the morning was superb. Lovely log burner so very homely. Just literally a three minute walk from the apar**ent.

After looking at loads of reviews in Lytham and Blackpool so glad i booked here. Really lovely stay. The apar**ent was bright clean and modern. It was well equipped amd had everything we needed. The bed was big and really comfortable with great pillows. Communication and security were also brilliant. Highly recommend!

Great central location, but in a quiet street. Allocated parking. Safe and easy access. Helpful and approachable Housekeeping. Modern, classy and beautifully decorated. Everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. We stayed the week of the heatwave and the fan that was provided was a godsend. Appreciated the milk, fruit, biscuits and tea and coffee that provided. Five minute walk to beach and St Anne's promenade, also coffee shops, restaurants and pubs just a few minutes away. Also a M&S foodhall and Aldi just a few minutes walk. Couldn't recommend enough and will definitely be back.

5* plus. Suite 4. Absolutely amazing , spotlessly clean. Water, fruit, tea coffee, milk & soaps all provided. Very comfy ex large bed. Heating & wifi. Excellent communication all the way through. Central but quiet location. Will definitely stay here next time, can't recommend enough. Converted house so stairs very narrow, not for limited mobility person. Two suites are ground floor if available.

This little place was fab, spotlessly clean, fantastic facilities, over the road are bars, shops, restaurants, little stroll to the beach. Beautiful would most definitely stay again in a heartbeat! Rooms have everything you need, tea coffee biscuits! Fresh linen, towels everything you need. Parking on site too

Had everything you need basically. The bed was very comfortable. They came in each day to replenish the coffee supplies and toilet rolls. They even have Netflix on TV and WiFi. If you need.quiet to sleep like me shut the windows at night as the birds are around very early and traffic noise. Would definitely stay here again. You are not far from the beach about 5 minutes and near all the local shops, pubs and restaurants. Although we couldn't get parked on the forecourt we could park directly behind the building so no problems there. Is a lovely stay in a lovely area.
