I had a great stay, and will definitely be back! The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, the hotel itself was clean and tastefully decorated, and I had quite possibly the best cocktails of my life at their bar. Very well located with the train just in front of the property that can take you anywhere you need to go, and is only a few stops away from the central station to catch your train out of the city. Also dog friendly! Highly recommend.

酒店位置有點偏，離市區稍微有點距離，離火車站很近，有很多流浪者帳篷在火車站橋下。酒店設施還可以，停車費有點小貴。

My wife and I traveled to Lyon for the Taylor Swift concert and our original hotel canceled on us about 1 hour before our arrival. We booked with the Ruck hotel and checked in late in the day. They were fantastic! The room was great, and Liam at the bar took care of us with some amazing drinks! Great experience, very nice hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Ruck - the front desk is very accommodating speaking great English. My room was spacious and had a hair dryer, there is a community iron and ironing board, there is tea and coffee available in the lobby. It was easy to grab an Uber, a short walk to Metro, and a short walk to restaurants. The area felt safe and the hotel dining was convenient.

In Lyon for Lou v Connacht Rugby match. Fantastic location, beside Lyon Rugby stadium. The hotel, has a terrific staff all extremely friendly, polite, helpful. Starting with the front of house and events manager. The bar staff are really on the ball.... Bar Manager is leading an great team full of energy and very engaging. The food was excellent, and the waiting staff were first class. Their is an obvious feeling of cooperation and an apparent team spirit. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Lyon on a Rugby trip to stay, dine or enjoy a drink.... cocktails are a speciality.. Lots of bars and restaurants in close proximity and the metro station only metres away from the hotel door.

I liked that the hotel and room was unique and it was overall a good experience. I did not like that the restaurant was not available for dining because it was reserved for some events on multiple days during my stay.

Modern clean hotel.Rooms smart and clean but bit soulless. Rooms have only a tiny table and stool (forget using your laptop again desk) and no facilities for making hot Dr.
Guestsallowed one bottle of water on day 1 and that's it.
Breakfast budget good as it should be for €19 but there is NO other option in the vicinity.
