This is a clean hotel with large rooms. The breakfast was simple but tasty. The biggest challenge staying here is there are two windows up high in certain rooms and there is no way to darken the room. The roll down screens for the windows are see-through so it does not block the light at all. If I stayed here again, I would certainly make sure I did not get one of these type of rooms as they have other types. I would give 7 or 8 out of 10 for this reason.

I booked one room for one night for my Ukrainian friend. The reservation came to me indicating the price (including late check out) 3,332.5 UAH. I asked the hotel to charge my credit card, not my friend. They sent me an authorization form to sign. The price for one room and food was outrageous - 56,570.00 UAH and 21,600.00 UAH which equal 78,130.00 UAH. More than 25 times more! After I wrote them about this “mistake” there was no apology, they just change the number to “only” 25% more than listed price. My recommendation - find a different hotel that has honest employees.
