I don’t really understand how this hotel is rated fabulous as there’s nothing fabulous about the hotel itself. The building and furniture inside are old and out of date, the rooms have no charm, the service is not good. Some examples are: they only gave us shampoo and soap the first day, the consecutive days we asked for a refill and they said that it was complimentary only on arrival, they didn’t empty the bin in the bathroom (it was full) and had to take it down myself, they don’t provide baby cot, the cafe they have is only open for about 3 hours a day split in morning and evening. They provide no kettle or small coffee machine in the room. In addition, the owners seem like they’re doing you a favour for allowing you to stay there. I’ve travelled a lot in my life and I’ve received better treatment and service in hostels so I’m not sure why it even has 3 stars.
The only good thing about it is the location. I wouldn’t go back.

Hôtel très bien placé. À deux pas du cœur de ville. Accès faciles aux différents parkings de la ville. Accueil chaleureux. Le gérant, tout comme son fils et le personnel sont aux petits soins pour les voyageurs. Rien à signaler sur le plan du service (avons séjourné en 1/2 pension).

Hôtel familial et chaleureux. L’accueil y est très agréable et bien veillant. Nous y avons passé un week-end en amoureux, situation idéale au centre à côté des thermes, magasin de location et des remontés mécaniques. Petit déjeuner copieux avec des produits frais . Je recommande vivement

Accueil très sympathique par une famille de patrons connaissant parfaitement la région .Hotel bien équipé ,Chambres sobres, très propres.Ascenseur Petit déjeuner varié. Repas simples le soir Petit jardin calme et fleuri Parking gratuit assez proche.

Chaleureux hôtel, idéalement situé en plein cœur de Cauterets, à deux pas des télécabines, des thermes et des commerces. L'hôtel dispose de belles chambres familiales pour 5 personnes. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Audrey et Lionel

Hotel propre et confortable idéal pour pas se prendre la tête. Et en prime les (excellents) conseils de rando du patron ! suggestion : à la reservation, j'aurais été heureux d'avoir un conseil pour réserver un resto ou un repas à l'hotel. En effet à cette période de l'année les restos ne sont pas ouverts et c'est impossible de diner si on n'a pas reservé. Ce sera pour la prochaine fois :)
