"A Perfect Birthday Getaway at Hilton Goa Resort! We stayed at Hilton Goa Resort for my birthday, and it couldn’t have been more special! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The highlight was walking into our beautifully decorated room — balloons, and a lovely birthday setup that made me feel so celebrated. The views from the resort are stunning, and the entire property has such a calm, luxurious vibe. The food was fantastic, especially the breakfast spread, and every staff member we met was warm, polite, and genuinely caring. Thank you to the Hilton Goa team for the thoughtful touches and for making my birthday trip unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back again soon!"

"Отель очень хороший, отличный сервис, красивый вид. Пляж общий и учитывая, что это северный Гоа, то грязноват, очень людный и по сравнению с южным Гоа конечно сильно проигрывает. Очень просторные и чистые номера. Завтраки так себе, ужасный момент, что нужно стоять очередь чтобы попасть на завтрак, это вообще кринж конечно. В целом отель на 4+."

"Disappointing for a 5 star property. They contacted a day prior to ask what time I would be checking in. I came in a bit later than the time mentioned and still had to wait 15-20 mins for the room to be ready. Check out was slow as well. Rooms are clean but old and need improvement. Breakfast buffet had mediorce options. Staff barely smile at you. Stayed at 3 star properties with much better outcome"

"Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and made the overall experience warm and welcoming. Rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Service throughout was prompt and efficient. Food was good overall, though there’s definitely room for improvement – a few dishes consistently had less salt, which impacted the overall flavor. Special mention to the pool caretaker who was very attentive and provided excellent service. However, it would be helpful if the water depth is clearly marked on all sides of the pool for safety and clarity. Also, a big shout-out to the valet team – they worked tirelessly and handled everything smoothly and professionally. Last but not the least, Thank you for the room upgrade since we had a child with us."

"The hotel is in a great location. Very friendly welcome. We were shown to our room and things explained. The balcony was small but ample. The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue. The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter. The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby. The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way. The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though. The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice. The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning. Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble. We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection. If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss. Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in. All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice."
