"Definitely a 5 star experience From the moment we arrived at the Hotel entrance, we were greeted by smiling staff ready to take our luggage and opening our car doors. Our room was already set to a comfortable temperature and smelling of beautiful scent from the essential oils burning as we entered. There were also a variety of fresh fruit and cookies on the table with a hand written note welcoming us to the hotel. Without going into more details, this basically set the tone of our entire stay, which is outstanding !! No need to mention that the food at the restaurants were great, and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful."

"住了兩晚，先説 環境：景色宜人，空氣真的非常好，特別坐纜車上到象窩山頂，在山頂上風景更好，逛一圈40分鐘左右，當然也可以徒步上去，看自己腳力吧。 衞生：景區乾淨，房間衞生也可以，温泉水在樓上看到是早上放的，至於游泳池是不是天天換水，那不得而知。 設施：房間有一點舊，但是勝在乾淨，負一樓是餐廳，負二有游泳池和温泉。 服務：感謝管家小張和阿鋭精心服務，還送了小禮物，其他服務員也很有禮貌。 吃：自助早餐品種挺多，感覺最好吃是腸粉和河粉，其它很普通，晚餐在酒店吃的，價錢有點貴，推薦茶香雞，和綠茶五花肉，至於山泉皖魚不推薦，就是瘦身魚，跟真正的山泉魚差遠了。 採茶活動值得推薦一下，小孩感受一下製茶過程，玩的很開心。以後有機會，會在來遊玩。"
