這次一家出遊，來洛陽我們住在美豪麗致酒店，店裡各種房型都有，既適合一家旅遊度假，也適合辦公出差，選擇多多。我們訂的8月2號-6號的鵝絨被的家庭房，房間很舒適，投影電視，衞生間，洗澡間乾濕分離，都覺得不錯。開始沒有預訂帶早餐的房間，早上本想出去吃，看到酒店自助早餐不但便利而且很豐盛，我們就覺定在酒店吃早餐，報了房間號，在瞭解到我們連續住好幾天沒有帶早餐的時候，服務員主動聯繫我們，還給我們加送了早餐券，輝姐服務態度特別好，熱情周到，對我們都很照顧，超級贊👍🏻。
酒店裡有個智能機器人，聽説叫小美，看着樓上樓下很忙碌的樣子。下午有免費的下午茶，在這炎熱的夏天，出門回到酒店，在餐廳喝喝茶，聊聊天，真是舒服了。酒店還有專門的地下停車場免費停車，這裏附近就是地鐵站，四通八達，出門打車也很方便。龍門石窟就在附近。酒店還提供旅行幫助，幫助規劃去各個景點的路線。總之整個酒店乾淨整潔，服務熱情周到，讓出門的旅客感受到了家的温馨。這幾天在洛陽住的舒服，玩的開心！推薦了。

酒店房間都在高樓層，站在大大的落地窗邊，俯視城市美景，安靜中看着人來人往，車水馬龍，也是一種享受。服務也很好，前台為每個客人都準備的有茶水飲料，還有小零食雪糕，見到客人便及時上前詢問需要，讓人一進門就感受到滿滿的熱情。早餐很豐盛，菜品多種多樣，輝姐給我們特別介紹推薦了當地特色牛肉湯，胡辣湯。這幾天的吃住行很不錯，點讚了。

一進酒店大廳就很香，很高級的香味，這就是好酒店的標配吧，前台艷姐服務很好，進門給我們送水，很快給我們辦理了入住。還給安排的房間也很滿意，寬敞又很明亮，酒店位置很好，出行很方便的，門口就有地鐵，出租車非常方便！

I have chosen this hotel by recomendation of my friend. It has very good position, not far from the train station and fast to arrive to the Longmen Grottoes. I had a room with panorama windows, spacious and big. With help of translating app we managed to talk to reception. Robot is bringing things to the door. We have received very positive service from the front desk ladies. Special thanks to them for hospitality. Thanks to the manager mrs. Zhu Yan.
Only one recomendation is to make at least some floors no smoking for guests who are allergic and cannot support the smell. I would suggest also to add a bell boy or a man to help with luggage, ladies helped us but it is heavy to make them do it. They work hard already.
I received very nice gifts: cookies, fans and candies from the front desk. Thank you! I will come back.

All in all a very pleasant stay. The hotel‘s staff, especially Tien Tien helped us with things to do and restaurant recommendations in the area. Everyone working here is extremely attentive and the experience was just 5 of 5 stars. We would give more if it was possible :)
Thanks for making our stay in Luoyang a very special experience.

Room floor was not clean, pillow not comfortable, windows not closing properly, sofa cushions not clean. Breakfast the fried eggs were piled up and cold. Breakfast area and entrance a lot of men smoking ignoring the sign: speechless
