I was very disappointed. I've stayed in alot of Radisson hotels around Europe and this is the only one I would not return to. The bedroom & bathroom were both dirty with stains on the carpet in the bedroom and stains all over the outside of the toilet. We stayed in a twin room but the beds were so close to each other it might as well have been one double bed.

Definitely wouldn’t stay here again nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone. Mold was growing in shower and toilet, it was pretty gross! They definitely need to do a better job of cleaning the rooms before hand. I think they just changed the sheets and left new towels. It was unacceptable.

Location is great for the hotel. There is no breakfast during weekend . Beds are not firm and standard rooms too small. Ok for 1-2 night stay in city. Hotel does not provide any discount vouchers fir overnight parking .

Was looking for a hotel near the city center. It’s 100 meter away from the restaurants and bars in the citycenter, so good point on location. Friendly staff Room was OK Bathroom could be a bit cleaner and carpet was a bit dusty, but all in all the room was good enough for a night sleep. Breakfast was fresh and there was a lot of choice. Once again friendly staff Value for money is key with this Hotel

Friendly staff, nice room, clean and centrally located. Only two negatives 1. Black out curtains does not 100%block out and no salt on the breakfast tables only pepper. Parking is expensive but convenient.

The female Brazilian receptionist fights with every resident; very rude The hotel is noisy at night (Non-stop drilling after midnight)! You will never be able to sleep. Sleeping in your car would be more comfortable than staying at park inn hotel hasselt! Don’t waste your money!!!!!!!!

I had a very pleasant stay at your hotel. Everybody was friendly and helpfull. It was nice and quiet in the room and very clean. I certainly would advise others to stay at your hotel. The only thing that was not so ok, that we did not receive any explanation about where or at what time breakfast took place.

Hi! I've been a platinum member maybe 6 years, now they called it VIP. I didn’t write reviews before, now I’ll start writing for each hotel! In addition to the Radisson network, I am also a VIP client of Barcelo and Marriott. I spend a lot of time in hotels. I always try to choose the radisson network because I like everything they can present to me. this time I decided to save money because I arrived late and leave early. didn't go to radisson blue but went to the park inn. it was cheaper that way. I come to the reception where I ask to make me an upgrade to junior suite they told me sorry you will not be upgraded because you have a free breakfast and this is your upgrade)))) Sorry, well, this is one of my bonuses! after that he tells me that the hotel is fully loaded and there are no other rooms. I ask for two separate beds. I go to the room and there the bed is not separate. after that he gave me a superior dant (as if the hotel is full?) and there again the bed is not separate! after that I wait 30 minutes for a blanket to be brought to me! I will attach a photo where you can see that there are enough free rooms! and the junior suite that I asked for is also free! This is a complaint not only about the hotel, but also about the staff! If you enter and sign up for this company's network and the customers have privileges then they must be respected! I choose this network consciously, well, with such actions of the staff, I want to choose another hotel. I'm sure I'm not the only one! the loyalty program was invented for a reason, and this encourages you to choose a hotel of this chain wherever you are and where it is available. or maybe this boss gives them a decree so that they don’t do an upgrade, so they lose money ?! and how can you say that your upgrade is breakfast - rejoice! this is right?! If so, then no problem! I will leave this network! The hotel itself is clean, no complaints. good choice for your money. And this is more likely not a review but a complaint and resentment.
