The hotel is located in a strategic location. I had a late night check-in and it was a bit unwelcoming since the concierge were chilling on the couch until I had to call onto them. I also called for the concierge twice to assist me with baggages but no one answered the phone for 4-5 times, and when answered no one actually came to assist me until I walked down and informed them again. Rooms a bit old but overall okay.

What a nice property it was my first time to booked this hotel staff were really friendly and helpfull food was yum all the amenities and services they provided are best shopping mall is outside if the Hotel all the things you need to do its just walking distance defently recommended to everyone cheers🙏👌

It was a pleasant staycation at Radisson Blue Ludhiana, I went there with my family, The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was very neat and clean. Me and my family loved the restaurant there named ‘Made in India’ where they serve the best Indian dishes .

Excellent stay and location is perfect as it feels like a second home to me . A special thank you to Atul bhasin ,Parinita,Sanchit malhotra who made our stay extra special and helped with any requests. Five stars for all of the staff . Thank you, we will be returning again

I really love the stay over here. I really love the staff and they were very polite. Specifically ***preet ,opinder , jatin and Natisha. I love the rooms ,food and all the staff at Cafe too everyone was very nice and polite, helpful to us . Had a very lovely stay.

Everything excellent. Rooms, food, way of approach, retrea**ent etc. Room infrastructure, accessories which they provided. Room Service well. The best thing is the staff i like the ***ager Lingaa the way he approach he is soo good and kind thank you hridiya for your great service we will come back again
