Poor experience with grossly lacking services. No 24 warm water. Tcm very ordinary. No proper light back up.

Mosquitos are the biggest cause of rating poor
i asked the receptionist to get my clothes iron done. He said sir -500 rs lgega. That time i realised that this is non sense. I got the cloth iron done in 12rs outside.

"During our group stay at Hotel, we found the cleanliness to be commendable, thanks to the prompt service provided by the housekeeping staff. However, it was evident that the property requires maintenance. Despite this, the staff's professionalism and attentiveness made our stay enjoyable. We hope the hotel management addresses the maintenance issues to maintain the high standard of service."

Neat n clean hotel- lobby, rooms. Good staff and food. Great surroundings. In short nothing could have been better than this place to stay. I spent whole 1 week and would definitely love to visit the same place on my next trip after 6 month.
