C'est un hôtel 2 étoiles et il ne faut pas s'attendre à du top.
Donc pas de surprise c'était bruyant à souhait et très serré comme espace.
Mais pour deux nuits faut se faire une raison.

The hotel was very reasonable price my friend and her son and myself stayed there we had 2 rooms which was very clean We stayed for 2 nights Highlight of our stay was the outstanding service we received from Austin at reception he was so helpful and genuine nice young man would definitely recommend staying here there was nothing to much for Austin he is a credit to the hotel will definitely be coming back here again because of the service we received thank you Austin

We stayed for 6 nights with breakfast. The hotel is in the heart of Lourdes close to Basilica of Our Lady. A 10-minut walk to a really impressive Torchlight procession held every evening at 9pm. The rooms are clean and neat. Breakfast continental. And the staff, kind, helpful, communicative. Realy interested in guests comfort.

Great experience. The hotel is small but has all amenities that one would require for a short break in the very centre of Lourdes. Breakfast was good and owners were always very willing to help. For the price paid and service offered i highly recommend this place.

Malgré beaucoup d' avis négatifs, nous avons été étonnés par cette hôtel Nous avons pris une formule demi-pension et n avons pas été dessus.Bon rapport qualité prix Chambre avec balcon côté rue. Établissement bien placé pour ce rendre au sanctuaire De plus l établissement accepte nos amis à quatre pattes très pratique !! Responsable et employés accueil agréable. Seul petit défaut côté rue un peu bruyante le matin de bonne heure pour ce qu ils veulent faire la grasse matinée 🤣!
