非常不錯的的一次旅行 特別是我兒子非常喜歡這家酒店的水上樂園 下次有機會還會回來 衹是辦理入住的時候有點慢 需要高效率的工作前台

This hotel is a total hellhole, full of screaming, badly behaved kids, supervised by parents who think their brats are invisible or angelic. We've been here 1 night. Dreading the next 9. The ads said family friendly. We can't hear ourselves think for one minute. We have seen staff struggle due to shortages of workers, and we feel sorry for them. Breakfast, usually a time of calm to think about the day ahead. Not here, it's a total screamfest with parents trying to placate their little darlings. The food isn't dreadful in fairness, just the lack of a place of relaxation is driving us crazy. Staying in 114 in Block 2. Allegedly a garden view, in reality a car park and a very busy main road. Unless you want to be driven crazy, do not consider this hotel. We are trying to work out ways to improve our holiday that involves some peace and quiet.

Second year here in a row. Absolutely love it. Such amazing staff, facilities are always great and so is the location. Here with my 3.5 year old and its great to have all the room facilities with the amazing sea view. Once again we will be back next year.

Room was ready for check in 4 hours early! Lovely staff. Extremely clean. Great facilities. Large balconies and spacious accomodation. Kitchen in self catering well supplied but do bring your own sponge and cloth for cleaning as there is only a dish brush and fairy. Nothing to clean surfaces with in self catering which is a final detail. Good food and bar selection. Wonderful children's club... My little girl got to handle snakes, lizards and see an owl at the kids show totally free. Slides are awesome. The beds are soooo comfy and I'm a restless sleeper, slept like a baby and wish I knew their pillow brand! Pool very clean. Grounds extremely well maintained with beautiful views of sea and lots of trees and scenery. Access to a stunning beach. Comfy sun loungers.... This was one of our best family holidays ever and we travel a lot. The neighbouring village has great seafood restaurants just a €3 Uber away. I wish I had booked two weeks really. I love this place! I'll be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Unfortunately the have no kid's club for the Easter holidays, which was very disappointing as the hotel is for families & alot of families are staying between the 4 hotels. With the weather been so bad theirs nothing for them too do also the indoor pool is quite cold & the evening entertainment is 1 magic show & 1 paid photo animal show for the week between all the hotels . , wouldn't of cost much to have 1 mini kid's disco a day or some kind of line up for the Easter break. No complaints about the apartment s perfect & a large size . Outdoor pools look fabulous & clean if it was warmer

The resort is beautiful, so many pools, the gardens have a variety of plants and the staff takes very good care in maintaining it in top shape. The reception staff is fairly friendly and some speak very good English but the dining room is different. The food at The Palm is good, the breakfast buffet is worth the 12euros. There is a steep hill to get to the main road so wear appropriate walking shoes. All in all I would recommend this Resort especially if its to use the pool and the activity. February/March is pre season so can't comment more.

Stayed as a family of four in a one bed apartment in August and had a great time! We had a huge balcony that got the afternoon sun, with a great ‘partial sea view’. The apartment was big, with a well equipped kitchen, good sized dining space and a large lounge where our two children seemed happy to sleep on pull out beds which they said were comfortable. The bedroom was also a good size with separate Air-con to the lounge, which was welcome but both units were a little loud at night. The bathroom was also quite big and like the apartment it was always cleaned well. It seems there are lots of swimming pools at this hotel! The main one was great. Warm, clean, large, never too busy and most of all shallow enough and deep enough in the right places for everyone to enjoy! Beware though, the water slides are quite short and small and have a very low height restriction which meant most secondary school children and adults wouldn’t be able to use them. The pool bar/snack bar was good value with great service during the day, but I have to say, bar service could be quite slow in the evening. We were half board and we all thought the food was fantastic! It was tasty, with lots of options every night from salads, food just for children, fresh fish, stews, all kinds of meat and vegetable dishes, pizza, pasta and the sushi was great! A real hit with us! Great variety at breakfast with everything you’d ever want - cereals, pastries, cooked breakfast, fruit, yoghurt etc … The staff on the front desk were always helpful, happy to sort out taxis into Albufeira and give helpful advice. We preferred Praia Maria Luísa Beach as it was a shorter and less steep walk, better for the younger children that were in our party, particularly in that heat! We would definitely go back as all in all it was a great family hotel at a reasonable price for school holidays.
