Vending machine does not work, we had to sleep thirsty, parking was hard because we wanted to stay on the lot, for a vehicle that always get broken into or vandelized.

Used bar of soap left in the shower, dirty floor and bathroom. Key card did not work twice, once in the middle of the night, and the front desk attendant had a full on attitude just to help. I wouldn’t bother leaving a bad review except it wasn’t that cheap to stay there. Needless to say, I would never stay there again nor recommend to anyone looking for a semi-sanitary or comfortable stay.

It felt totally like I was going to another country when I flew over 3000 miles to be checked in outside in broad daylight the staff for what it’s worth or the guy who checked me in dismissed clarify from the other side of a glass he was scared, nor does he let anyone come into the lobby of the motel the motel was very nice and clean. However, the check-in process was insane and you definitely do not feel safe with the way the check in personnel acts nor his process

Everything was fine! It was a block away from an event i was attending. The minifridge was so loud i had to unplug it to get some sleep.. but thats it!

I stayed for 4 nights. The room was so dusty and had white sticky stuff in the tv and dresser. I was so discussed i bought wipes and decenfect to clean the room. The floors looked like they have not cleaned in weeks. The property looks pretty but so dirty like it was a pimp motel at one point.

This property was in the perfect location to walk to the Pantages. It was quiet and well maintained and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

This hotel seems to have had a recent renovation. The lobby was closed and you could only use the walk up window to communicate. We checked in about 5:30 PM, so it was already dark. Parking is very limited… I went and checked in while my kids went into the room, there was a note on a picture on the wall, which terrified my kids. I took a picture of the note and went back to the walk up window showed him and asked to be moved. Originally, he said he’d move us upstairs but instead put us in a room right next to the other one to make it easier to relocate. Unfortunately, being on the first floor, you hear all of the street traffic… and the homeless in their tents just outside our room window. We all slept horribly the first night. The second night was better, thankfully, not nearly as loud.

I would not stay here again. Luckily, we only needed to stay for one night. One, if there’s more than 2 people. Any additional person is $15 on top of the cost of the room. Two, we had to pay for parking. Three, the floor looked dirty. Four, only two out of five electrical outlets worked.

Hotel was ok what i did not like is that they charge you 10 dollars for parking and is on a first come first serve basis so if you pay for your parking and you want to go out in your vehicle parking is not guaranteed when you come back which sucks right. It only has like 10 parking spots for a hotel that has double or more in rooms.
