Four Points by Sheraton Los Angeles International Airport

Entrance and lobby is quite nice and modern, the rooms are exactly the opposite. Although is does the job after a long travelday, the room was very outdated. Bed was pretty good I must say. Also the fire alarm sounded twice in the middle of the night. The gave us complementary breakfast as a compensation but only after a making a complaint. Location is pretty good. Near aiport and near Rental cars (10 min walk) The fitness room is ok. Outdated, but still does the job.

在美國最後一晚上定了這裏，多虧我要倒時差，沒打算睡覺。 如果有要睡覺的需求，這裏真的太吵了。視頻自己感受一下這個通風管還是排風扇的聲音，周而復始，太響了。 在這個視頻的地方測出來是54分貝，在床頭測是52分貝，但凡睡眠淺一點的人根本睡不着的…這聲音太大太魔性了 另外，有租車的小夥伴，建議先還車，再酒店入住，第二天坐巴士去機場。這裏停車一天55美金，貴也就算了，一想到這房間的噪音，瞬間感覺不值這個價。

位置不錯 有接駁車 酒店設施比較舊 衞生一般 行李寄存的流程也很難理解 後來放棄寄存了 非常令人討厭的一點是房務的工作人員在早上7-8點直接推門而入，而10點再次推門而入確認是否退房，這也太心急了吧！

Un hotel con cero en atención al cliente, pésima atención y cero en todo. Sucio y feo. Me querían cobrar un depósito tres veces más que el valor de la habitación.

I stayed in the four points by Sheraton while visiting LA. The hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right by the LAX airport also. The deposit was 350$ and you have to pay 50$ for overnight parking in my opinion thats outrageous. I ended up getting my deposit back pretty quick. I chose this hotel being that it was a decent price but having to pay the extra 50$ for parking made it pretty pricey and had me thinking I could of stayed at a nicer hotel for the price I payed in total.

廁所淋浴設施比較老，其他都還可以。 酒店有自帶超市，需要刷房卡才可以進，按金能退快一點就好了。樓下就有個3號公交站，去Santa Monica還有換乘去其他地方超級方便，酒店自帶免費接駁巴士，要去T3出發門口標識或者酒店門口坐，就這樣。

Reception on nightshift has no service at all. We booked for 3 nights. The room the we got one the first day everything broke, a phone in the room broke, we need to go down to reception from the 6 floor to ask for help. A/C broke. The room was 81F how people can sleep with that temperature. (no air dryer). It was 2 A.M when we go down to ask for fix the A/C due to late night there was no maintenance. We understand that point we ask for room chance what she said we need to wait for 2 hours due to system Freezing something and no manager at that time so I ask her if she can contact her manager because waiting for 2 hours for room change with that room is the worst. Finally wait about 20 mins to change the room. I did online check in on their Apps request for everyday cleaning but no one clean on the first day. Second day we need to ask cleaner by ourself to clean our room. On the last night we cannot get in to our room with our on hand Keycard so we need to update Keycard again because we cannot open our room. No words explain, no apologize on any unconvinced that we facing during our stay. The most disappointed stay ever. If someone planning to stay more than a night I would recommend find somewhere more worth. I would defiantly not recommend any one stay in this hotel even a night.

有機場接送巴士，需到指定巴士點上車。短暫過夜的機場旁酒店，電梯十分老舊會上下晃動滿可怕的，早餐中規中矩的美式早餐，

LAX機場附近，好處是有免費shuttle bus且房價便宜，缺點是酒店設施陳舊。
