Room was basic but comfortable with a pleasant countryside/roof top view.
The meal was extremely good - the best we had eaten in 2 weeks of holiday.

Decent hotel, clean and comfortable but disappointed with size of room and shower very, very small. We had booked 6 months ago as we were attending a wedding at the chateaux. Several of our friends booked a long time after us, some paying less for their room, and got much bigger rooms one even got a balcony. We would have thought the hotel would give the better rooms to the first guests that booked.

Old hotel but very nicely refurbished inside. Immaculate room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Pleasant breakfast in conservatory. Hotel situated in a lovely quiet residential area with a 20 minute walk into the centre of Bagnoles

Très bon séjour au Nouvel Hôtel . L'accueil est très aimable et discret. La chambre située sur le jardin était très propre , confortable et au calme.
Le repas était délicieux , servi avec attention.
Je reviendrai dans cet établissement pour mieux découvrir la région.
